I checked in for an appointment I made online for 9:45 on 10/22. The room was packed and two of us had to stand for a bit. I commented to the front desk about how busy they were. She said that they were short-staffed that day. I think it was just her and a phlebotomist. After an hour, I told the front desk I had an appointment and was never called. She says that she doesn't see me on her list and asks me if I have a confirmation number. I pull out my phone and show her and then I'm finally taken back. Other people in the waiting room start to grumble about the wait. The draw goes smoothly and the phlebotomist is very apologetic about the wait. As I was leaving, a patient in the waiting room gave me a knowing look and just shook her head. The facility could use a facelift, but that didn't bother me too much. I usually go to Quest Diagnostics, which I love, but had to use LabCorp because my Dr. ordered the tests there. If I have to go back to LabCorp, I'll go to the one on Forest instead. My husband went there a couple of weeks ago and was pretty content. Also, I did the draw on Tuesday and I don't see the results on the Labcorp website today (Saturday). I found out that my Dr.'s office did receive the results via fax. I don't know if the turnaround for the results takes a little longer. But I think Quest Diagnostics is faster.

This place is understaffed and the wait times are ridiculous. There are so many customers here all needing help checking in and neither of the staff actually get to do the blood draws and tests. They keep apologizing for the long waits but the people keep piling up as absolutely no people are taken to the back for their lab work. Hire a front of house person to just check people in, this is ridiculous. Greedy corporation. Don't come here.

I didn't really have any issues, except the lobby is a bit small and was full at the time. I checked myself in (easy) and about 15-20 mins later I was in the back giving my sample. The place seems a bit old and broken down, but it was the experience I expected to have when getting a drug test.

This location is closed, however there is no sign. I wasted my time waiting for them to open. At 7 o'clock, I went and asked the lab Corp staff about this location and were told they are closed.

It's like waiting at the DMV. They don't say hi there pretty slow about everything. I was told I couldn't do my testing because I had kids and there was no one there to watch them so that was pretty inconvenient because I drove from Vallejo. The next day same personality same attitude same lady. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day but the second a** are complete same attitude. It's a shame I have to go through a really horrible experience to get my dream job I wish someone would've yelped this business!

I came inside, checked in, and i am currently sitting and waiting to be called to the front desk. An older gentlemen came inside and was having a difficult time checking in on the machine.. people were trying to help him check in and his ID wasn't scanning. After about 20 minutes of him struggling, I told him to please ask the front desk. It's their job to help him. I said this out loud and the lady in front immediately went to help him check in! She had been sitting there doing absolutely nothing for 20 min. Ignoring anyone who walked inside. They need someone new at the front desk because this lady is useless. The woman who drew my blood was friendly, but it was pretty painful (usually blood work is not painful at ALL to me...maybe just a bigger needle) needless to say, I'll be sticking to the location on forest street from now on.

Worst lab I have ever been to. Saturday @ 8:20 am--The front person took a personal call on speaker, "buy me a drink and I'll wear a dress" really? very unprofessional and rude, waited for 50 mins.... ridiculous lab

Employees are very rude and unprofessional. There seems to be only three workers there. The lady at the front disk will ignore you when you first walk in and once you speak up she'll be annoyed. After going through some other comments, that's apparently normal for her. Then there's a bigger lady with a southern accent who walks around in a bad mood and is very rude to patients. As I was sitting in the tiny dark lobby , 5 ft away she was yelling at an old man because he couldn't understand her. She kept yelling show me your insurance as he tried to respond, mine you that this man seemed to be anywhere 70+. I would not recommend this place and regret coming here simply based on how close it was to me. I would have and will gladly drive the distance needed to find another lab. Listen to those saying stay way,

Worst blood draw experience ever. 30 minute wait even with appointment. Even after I got in the room, the phlebotomist was not ready to draw my blood. Then the blood draw, just 3 tubes took forever. This place is very filthy in general. The restroom was beyond nasty. Never coming back here!

Arrived to an almost full room and not much has changed 45 min later. There are only 2 people working. One of them has just about the worst attitude ever, simply can't be bothered. She appears to be annoyed by ...everyone and everything. This is a direct opposite experience from what took place at another location. It's a shame considering that the majority of the population that is in this area would benefit from some great customer service, patience, and heck maybe even a litte kindness.

Took my parents there on Saturday 2/16/19 around 8:30am. They open @7. The waiting room was packed. Waited around an hour and a half. We were here @ a much earlier time three months ago and only had to wait around 1/2 hr. Big difference. We will definitely come earlier next time. Although the staff were always super busy, they were all attentive in helping and answering questions. Big shout out to SELAM - the lady who helped drew my mom's blood. She was very professional, kind and patient. My mom has Alzheimer and Selam made her feel relaxed.

I scheduled an appointment at this location. Upon walking in I see a sign saying 10 min break and I'm greeted by the technician saying "move your baby I need to get to water. You can sign in, we be with you in 10 min. But move baby" *There is a strong smell of mildew/mold in the office! Needless to say I left.

I had to go to this lab for a work required urine test. 1. They just gave a plastic cup for a sample with a Sharpie Line to fill up to. 2. The toilet was all taped with red tape keeping the lid up. 3. The counter around the sink had old urine marks where previous samples had been left. If I was required to get a blood draw I would have left. This office was disgusting! I was afraid to touch anything it was so dirty. Schedule your appointments somewhere else.

The workers are nice. But it is very slow. They usually only have two people working. One at the front and one in the back drawing blood. Certain times you can be in and out. Either way it is very slow. Was there a half hour and had not even been called after I checked in. Sucks for diabetics needing to fast.
