I was having severe low back and hip pain and needed relief fast!! I was extremely surprised at how fast I was able to schedule an appointment and how easy everything was online. I was also able to make an appointment for the same day for my partner, who was also experiencing a lot of back and knee pain. We were running way behind for our appointment and they still managed to get us both in which we were truly appreciative and thankful for! The receptionist, Maria, took the time to explain to us the different packages they had and went over a few important key points after we signed up for the Wellness package. She wanted to make sure we had all the information that we needed and that we understood everything. Dr.Chu was our chiropractor and he was very thorough with his questions about our symptoms. He made sure to make us feel comfortable the whole time he performed the adjustments. After our first adjustment, we instantly felt some relief and knew that we wanted to continue with the treatment plan. I definitely recommend Dr.Remillard and Dr.Chu + their amazing staff!

It was a great visit experience for the first time at the Joint Chiropractic. Maria was very welcoming and informative about their registration process and services. I was attended by Dr. Chu, and after the initial exam and adjustment, my neck pain has significantly improved. I can’t wait for my next visit today!

Hi Dr. Remillard and Team,
I just wanted to say thank you for the care and attention I’ve received so far with my right shoulder injury. Even though I’ve only had two sessions, I’m already feeling some improvement, which gives me a lot of confidence moving forward. There’s still some pain, but I know I’m in good hands and that things will keep getting better.

Im glad the office was opened over the weekend as i was in so much pain. Dr. Chu is professional and focuses efforts by targeting specific issues. He also gave a list of recommended activities to help with my current issues.
