Me and my partner always have an issue with the man in the morning at the self check out, he likes to stare us down while we get our items. Going to Starbucks afterwards I noticed he doesn't do that to other people. It makes me uncomfortable having someone stare at me while I'm checking out. Just because someone looks a certain way doesn't man they are stealing. They need to train employees on customer etiquette.

Great store only gripe is (& I'm fully aware this won't happen) they should move the bike racks to a more conspicuous place. I've been ripped off twice with parking my bike at the bike racks which are in a hidden corner next to the main entrance! Really bummed as I use my bike for my primary transportation but now need to use the Sta Clara one if I want to use my bike which Is significantly more challenging to get to. This Target is much easier due to the Guadalupe park bike trail! :(

**** PET OWNERS: THIS LOCATION IS NOT A PETS FRIENDLY TARGET***I've been going to all Target locations nearby so far this is the only pet-discrimination location. Brought my puppy in-store today. I usually have him stay on the cart and wipe it off before I leave but they said no dogs are allowed on the cart. Well, I had been going to other targets with no problem with that, I rather have my puppy stay on the cart than have him run around the store or be unconscious if being left in the car this is the 2nd time I have been denying service due to having my puppy with me at this location. I will never be back, Coleman Target you need to train your store manager to be more professional and stop harassing pet owners.

I love shopping at Target, especially after Halloween when they have amazing deals. I always scan the items to make sure they are really discounted. I got some stuff for 90% off! This store is not the best though. The front part is messy and crowded, but it gets better as you go further in. The weirdest thing I saw was that they had locked up the men's clothing, but not the alcohol. That makes no sense to me. Why would anyone steal a shirt or a pair of socks? I wish this Target had more stuff in stock too. Sometimes I can't find what I need.

Use to love this target but it has gone down hill. The parking lot is sometimes crawling with people who look suspicious, inside lines are long and so much stuff is LOCKED UP! They still have a good selection of stuff but difficult if you want to be in and out because you have to wait for someone to unlock cabinets.

I have shopped here since they opened. I stopped by a few weeks ago and everything is locked up in cages. You have to push the button and wait for someone to unlock them. No one to be found. I left the store without buying anything. I don't have time to stand around to buy toothpaste. Seems stupid to turn paying costumers away instead of investing in more security staff.

Unlike the Target at Silver Creek (my other Target review), this Target was actually able to assist me with my registry return items. A manager named Stephanie, who was wearing a black apron, and who looked like she was running the makeup department at the time, was such a great help! She was very friendly and ended doing an override for me and in return, I received merchandise credit, which was better than having to keep the items that I had got extra off the registry. So, thank you once again Stephanie for your assistance! Another employee had accompanied Stephanie in assisting me, but she wasn't wearing a nametag, but she was also very friendly and helpful. Great customer service, store was clean, everything I needed was in stock, and found my items very quickly!

The Target at Coleman is the best Target in San Jose. They always have good items in stock like the popular things people want. The customer service is always good and helps me make sure I find what I need. This Target has Starbucks, CVS, and an eye glasses section inside the store. This is convinent to have so you don't have to drive to other markets and save time. This Target is also in a good area for you to go shopping after like Marshalls, Trader Joe's, Michael's, and a ton of restaurants.

Went to pick up some school supplies. This is a ginormous Target. Merchandise is well organized and the shop is spacious. Much better than the ones near me. A very nice shopping experience.

Y'all this target has NO shopping carts or shopping basket lol. I asked an employee where I would at least find a basket & he said they're low and I could use a target plastic bag lol

As much as I love Target, this location seems to either gotten rid of shopping carts or they have disappeared. They did not have carts available in the store and the parking lot didn't have any as well; and the shopping baskets weren't even available as well. Many people in the store were carrying their items on their hands. Thankfully I just needed 3 things but imagine if I was going to make a big grocery it's not possible. Do better Target.

This is a great Target location and I especially appreciate how they assist the homeless population at this Target location. They will even go as far as to store bible's for the homeless community behind their front counter and this is something that I truly respect about the team at Target... I truly appreciate how they respect the homlesss population in the area and I truly truly appreciate how Target does everything within their capabilities to help care for the homlesss community in their local area as well. That, to me, shows a lot about Target as a company and brand and it also says a lot about the wonderful people that Target hires as well.

The lack of quality children's clothing is bizarre and concerning, I needed little boy's clothing for a gift and it was extremely limited. The store focuses more on makeup ( Ulta) than any other department or items. I understand having quality makeup products for women but the level of makeup and focus on it is silly and ridiculous. I want ULTA - I GO TO ULTA. It was such a disappointment.

Make sure to fetch your own cart before coming inside. They have 3 strong security guards at the door, but apparently none of them are able to fetch carts. I asked if anyone's going to get them, and they didn't know. Freaking ridiculous. On a positive note, you get the opportunity to sample dish soap in the restroom after washing your hands. Hand soap dispensers are empty. And if anyone commits a crime in target, the police have plenty of hair samples to comb through for DNA in the restrooms.But a sincere thanks to Haley for finding me a cart.
