Compared to the store in Curtner and Monterey Road, the customer service in this store in Westfield Mall was very poor. It happened twice. The person at the counter, R.., was not helpful. When I told her she was not proving the service the other store provided to switch phone plans, she was defensive about it. After such poor customer service, she even wanted to share some promotional product offerings. I will avoid this store in the future and may consider switching plans.

I don't see any use for the T-mobile store in the Westfield Oakridge Mall. The manager of the store - Eduardo has no powers and they don't honor anything that the T-mobile app online offers. All the sales folks have parroted 'only eligible if you upgrade your plans to 5gGoplus plan'. There was a time when they'd invite and go the distance to retain customer satisfaction but now with their domination in the market, all of them display 'arrogance' - the manager in particular. Is there a way to notify T-mobile upper management to reconsider either removing the manager or empowering the stores to honor online offer or remove the store completely?

Horrible and unacceptable support! We are loyal t-mobile customers and have been paying for the xtra protection every month for the last three years - and when told to go to this location because they have the iPhone 13 Pro plus screen protectors in stock - we drove the xtra 20 mins to replace the ones my wife and kids hadUnfortunately they did not honour the Protection plan , questioned if we had purchased the coverage / original screen protector from t-mobile and spent the majority of time blaming and trying to get details on the Almaden / blossom hill locationit was so bad that my wife threatened to walk over to AT&T to switch mobile operators and cancel the extra protectionWe will NOT recommend this location and are filing an official complaint to t-mobile for the absolutely HORRIBLE service and customer interaction for customers that PAY significant monthly charges to cover this exact scenarioThe Elford’s

The Go-To location in The Bay Area.Theses guy’s are awesome had a issue with a previous Location & they fix it like clockwork.This Location always has the High End Apple products Im looking for,Thank You!! New guy was Happy to Attend me & I was glad to see him encouraged to learn new Things.I was proud to see (SM) & all the guys Care for me making sure I receive Great service.I had purchased my IPhone 13 Pro Max Alpine Green & Series 8 45Mm Black M/L Here!!!So this is the Spot if your looking to Finance. I came into this store after being told the "runaround" as to why I couldn't cancel my service over the phone. I was told to go to Tmobile store instead. Derick W. was able to assist me and explained that I should cancel it over the phone, however; he told me to standby in case I needed assistance with the call taker. He was able to explain to the call taker what I needed and successfully assisted with cancelling my service. He was very professional and helpful!

Thank you Ed and Rod for your excellent customer service in upgrading my old cell phone to a 5G OnePlus free of charge, as per T-Mobile's recent offer (related to the 3G network phase out). Ed also transferred all data from the old phone to the new one, making the transition process painless. You guys rock and have my utmost appreciation. You elevate T-Mobile's customer service and reputation to new heights. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

Needed service on my 3 week old S22 ordered via web. Samsung cust service continued to blame my problem on my carrier T-mobile. T-mobile 800 cust service is terrible only equaled by the inept 800 cust service for Samsung. Hoping I'd find someone to help in store I was sadly disappointed. I was polite, asked for tech help by someone experienced and received neither. The person that insisted on assisting me had been on job about 1 year, I knew far more than she. After 3-4 mins wasted time another came over, she was equally worse. A person rep himself as the store manager, later I found he wasn't. Finally the showed my phone to another in the back he looked for about 8 seconds offered nothing and went back to his hidden office. About 90 seconds later another guy came out acting in a certain manner, when I asked who he was my contact said well he was the real store mangers. Awful. Ignore this store if possible. No real tech support, only folk that can follow the windows on a phone. Terrible manner, deceptive and awful service.

Before coming to the store, I had been up for 23rd straight on the phone and online with Sprint, T-Mobile, and another carrier trying to migrate a single number from a family plan to and individual one.Jon and Karina were very helpful, to say the least. Karina was on the phone for 3hrs with me trying to sort out my issue. Jon took over and closed the matter. Both were stellar in dealing with a very convoluted problem, and a very tired and annoyed customer.I highly recommend seeing these two if you need anything. They truly earned my business.

After migrating from sprint last week on New Year's Eve at a different location, everything went great. 3 lines transferred. 2 worked great, one device didn't accept the new sim. After 3 hours of customer chat, neither sprint nor t mobile could assist. I decided to forgo wait the 3-5 business days for device to arrive. I waited and nothing came in.. odd. I came to this store out of convenience and was concerned it would be a nightmare getting the same promotion honored at the original store... Thanks to the diligence of Sr. Rep Roxanne (Roxy) she was kind, welcoming, sharp and patient enough to comb through the order history, notes, and memos to discover a typo on the email from last store. I walked out with brand new device with screen protector installed for me, case, and original promotion executed as I expected it to the first time. 10/10 to Roxanne, I know where I'm going next time my account needs attention!

Ok, where do I begin! Karina for the WIN, what an awesome experience. Definitely someone who knows her stuff, everything was very well explained. I got there kinda of late at night wondering if they had the phone I was looking for and thankfully she did, with that being said, she didn't care to stay and go through/explain everything to me. Very friendly and she also speaks Spanish for all the raza. So please if you go to Oakridge T-Mobile, please go see her and thank me later.

Roxanne was incredibly helpful. She re-activated my phone lines (frozen while stationed overseas), installed new SIM cards, updated our plan, double-checked what coverage we wanted, researched how eSIMs are supposed to work on the Note 20 Ultra (even calling tech support), and made sure that I knew about the free Netflix and upcoming Paramount offers. With visiting the US for one short week after being gone almost 2.5 years, every minute is precious and Roxanne helped the most of it!Best experience I've had at T-mobile yet... happy customer!
