The gentleman approached me, and I asked if the product was available. He quickly returned with the products we requested, and we were able to check out in a timely manner.

This review is solely for who I believe is the manager. She was wearing a grey shirt on 7/10/24 @ 4:38pm. I dont normally leave bad reviews cause I know how it is, some days are better than others but whatever was happening in her day did not call for her to have the terrible customer service she did. My husband and I were looking to get our new born babies passport photo printed that we took from home. We used the crop tool online from US passport services. We called two days prior to verify staples could print it. The guy on the line said they can but they don’t really recommend it as they tend to not get approved.
I told her this and she right away ruled it as a me problem and said “no one in this store said that mam’” as if i imagined the whole thing or something. She then went on her walkie to try and mock me and ask did anyone here say you could print your own passport photos and I said you don’t have to do all that. I was just wondering why I was told that.
Super snappy, short and very dismissive. I wasn’t even going to make a fuss if you cant then you cant. But I don't think you gotta dismiss a customer in that way. Barely even making eye contact acting like im bothering her. This location is normally our go to but that was totally rude and uncalled for.

It’s starting to get hard to fund office supplies stores now that Amazon makes it very convenient to order online but I’m glad that this staples is open. The store is very nice and clean, it’s organized as well. There isn’t much that’s out of stock but the things that are, have a tag that says to reorder i think its a reminder for the employees but there’s a code on the tag that lets the customer know that they can order it from the online website. I like coming here for my office supplies and sometimes ill grab a roll of paper towels or two for the break room . I would shop here for the break room supplies there if my manager gave me access to the company card.
The employees I met were friendly and helpful. One helped me by walking me to the planners and showed me their selection. The last time I went, a lady rang me up but it seemed that she wasn’t having a good day because her tone of voice was curt and short. I think it would be stressful working there and dealing with printing issues like the copier malfunctioning and customers not understanding so I don’t fault her for that but it was a bit off putting meeting someone super friendly and smiling at you to her that just scowled throughout the transaction.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
By far better than lesser or lack of service at Cupertino Staples yesterday as I am on crutches.
Not only did a very helpful junior staffer here assure me they had #sodastream cartridges in stock before I got out of my car.
Once inside the store she made sure I did not have to walk any farther than to the cashier!
Cupertino needs some added training I guess!
BTW Staples is one of the few places you can trade in empty SodaStream cartridges avoiding paying extra & have to ship in for deposit refund. Plus so far Staples is best price I've found on cartridges!

I hope this store's manager realizes what a gem they have in Keke. She is knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful and trains on the fly. I've been to this location twice in the early evening when there were only TWO employees in the whole store. Keke takes care of the printing/copy services and the UPS services. On 5/20/24 she and the only other employee were getting quite busy towards closing time, I had a copier that was giving me 'Morse code' instead of words, there were two people waiting for professional services and a customer needing UPS services. A customer came in wanting blueprint copying service at ~8:30 PM. She asked if they needed the job that evening.
The customer responded "yes" and was politely told their ask was not possible due to the number of customers waiting (4) and the remaining time before closing. She asked the newby employee to assist with the UPS request while she continued to service the print/copy customers. Furthermore, she encouraged the newby with an offer to walk them through the UPS process. She never raised her voice, she showed no sign of impatience or irritation. She just kept providing excellent service, multitasking the whole time. If only it were possible to copy her. Keke is the best.

Your security is driving driving away your potential business. The parking area. Very unprofessional and rude.. asking people to leave.
I saw him working up to random cars. Looks as if he is asking them to leave pressuring them.

I order the same order all the time. Its always incorrect, and always a story as to why its incorrect. None of the stories are ever the consumers problem. Please, run away from this location!!!

Whoever was the attendant at print station today refused to provide me with any assistance but did help others out. I had previously gone to this staples and returned for the amazing customer service that was provided. I spent 30+ minutes trying to place an order to print a poster. At the end the computer wouldn’t load anymore and I just ended up wasting my time. The attendant had no interest in helping me despite seeing I was clearly struggling.

Great store with helpful staff. One item I wanted was not stocked but in general they have what I want. Also, staff is vey helpful when I need to use the copy machines.

I was at the counter about to buy 28 pound paper, and no one was at the register. I said something to other employees waving the paper in my hand that I needed help, but they looked at me and ignored me. So I left the paper on the counter and walked out. I'll buy my paper on Amazon.

Manager sucks( she doesnt even want to tell her name! She doesnt want to listen to explanation, she assumed right away that i wanted same card re printed. Not listening to me that they are 2 different orders and same mystake!
I have been ordering my cards from this store for long time! Regularly! Recently i went to pick up my white palawan card(3rd picture) and noticed it wasnt centered. So i told them then to redo which they did and cut it correctly(this is resolved). Since i am going back to pick it up again, i ordered my smile card! (Didferent card) i talked to the guy there about the experience he then told me their new hired employee is having problem with centering cards. I checked top card(on the 2nd picture) its centered but when i opened the box it is not! (1st picture)
I paid the right amount that is charged, i dont deserve to be treated how the manager treated and accused me of not checking 2x! Considering she mentioned they have been experiencing this problem but take note( she still tolerate them to display correct card on top but place the reject card inside the box) waste of time, money and gas!
