I am very satisfied with the service from SIGNJOSE. I had checked around printing shops in San Jose, SIGNJOSE had the most affordable than other. I needed to print a banner with the size 10x3. The other shop gave me quote of $300+, but SIGNJOSE only costed me $150, plus tax. I called the store, and he was very responsive and nice. I sent him the work that I wanted to print and he replied it back right away. He made some changes on the original work, but he also kindly redesigned and it looked way better than the one I designed ??. He didn’t charge me extra for his work, and he completed the banner 2 days earlier than I requested.If you want affordable printing service and excellent customer service, I highly recommend SIGNJOSE

We were starting coronavirus testing at our offices and we needed signs overnight. Sign Jose was great and I really appreciated them accommodating my crazy time frame.

Gene is an A _ _, very rude and dose not know what he is doing! Printed some decals that I asked for and HE CHANGED MY DESIGN with out asking me and still wanted me to pay for it! No thanks with that being said the decals were not done in time and I gave him 3 weeks and I had to keep calling him to see if they were done after I see the decals I was so upset and walk out... about an hr later he charges my card for the full amount... Changed my design, I have to keep calling to see when they will be done, and can’t have them done on time I’m not paying for that! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE TIME! Don’t even think about it. I would give 0 stars if I can... This other people giving him 5 stars must be friends.

Gene is the nicest guy ever, who does a good and a quality job. I would recommend him to anyone for their printing needs. It is clear that one star reviews bellow, that left only one review, are fake attempt by a competitors.

I have ordered from Jose Alvarez before and he did a great job with the decals that I asked for however this time Jose was not there and I had to deal with Gene..... This is where the story goes bad.

Gene is grumpy and very rude! yelled at me cause I did not know what an EPS. file is. Sorry but I'm not a print shop that's why I went to one. Not only is he grumpy but eating well we are talking. I was looking at some of the samples and your samples should be your best work but the work was far from good. I will not be going back Gene is way to rude for my money. I wish I can give zero stars.

This guy sucks point blank. He is rude and cost to much for decals he was doing a project when I got there and it did not look good at all but I wanted a price for my decals anyways and it was 3 times more then the other places I stopped at. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Showed up to this place and it’s a JOKE! Gene is very rude and the prints that he was working on sucked I asked to see them and he got all mad and said they are “passable” ... bottom line this guy is rude and the work sucks! Don’t come here.

I needed to replace a 2' x 3' outside sign made of unusual material with new information design. The previous person was no longer there so I had to figure how to do this. Someone suggested Office Depot and staples but when I took my sign there they couldn't figure out the material or how to recreate. I took my sign to Sign Jose and Craig and Gene knew exactly what the material was, how it was previously printed. They then gave me different options and looked for ways for me to spend the least amount but still getting quality work. I was surprised by they're looking after my best interest. I got a few options/quotes and left the sign with them. I chose the least amount and I just picked up the sign and they did an Amazing job. I've already received a few compliments on the redesign and quality of work on the first day on display.
