Car wash: paid for the ULTIMATE wash.What I got: the ultimate ripoff.What I expected was a several-stage treatment, but got only a spray of (who knows?), spin rags, rinse. I was very surprised at the green light (signal to move forward) and the blower jets blowing already.Plus, the timer for the blowers isn’t working - started at 00:00 and stayed that way. Distracted by the surprisingly short wash, i missed the first ten seconds of the blowers. Pulling forward, I got halfway dry - that’s when the blowers turned off.This is not a complicated system, relatively easy to maintain.I’m certain the owner or manager tweaked it to make the washes as short as the system will allow. I feel like I could have gotten the exact same wash if I chose the cheapest one.I will definitely NOT be returning to this station for any car wash nor fuel nor snacks for the foreseeable future.

Scam location---do NOT go to this Shell. Their receipt printing function was "broken" so then I was charged an extra $10 for my gas, bringing my total form $60 to $70. Thankfully I took a picture of the actual price so I will be disputing with my credit card company. MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES OF HOW MUCH YOU'RE ACTUALLY CHARGED

I came to this gas station due to the fact that is right across the street from a Chase Bank. I paid for the $15 car Wash and was waiting for the lady in front of me to exit. The clerk at the counter did not tell me I have to wait for the person in front of me to exit the car wash for my code to work. It's never been like that as long as I've gone there. After arguing with me about what time I punched the code in, she showed me the sign and told me that it says not to punch a code in until the person in front exited. When I brought it to her attention that the sign does not say that and that it doesn't make sense she began to tell me that it was my fault they're losing money because they have to comp my car wash. That's all I wanted was a car wash. Never again will I go here. I prefer the car wash on Almaden in front of the Walmart.

Worst service! They charged me $10 on their vacuum that doesn't even work. There's no sign and no number to call. Their employee doesn't have any contact number also. She told me to come back at 9am-4pm to talk to the manager which I will be at work on those times. Worst gas station with no contact number.

This RUDE attendant wouldn't give me back my money . She seemed to be on drugs. I told her I was at pump 3 and she said to move to the pump behind me . I moved to the pump behind me and then she said to move to a pump in the other side. I asked her to give me back my money and she refused as you can see in the video there were also grown men selling drugs at the pump. Very disturbing and gross. I will never go back to this gas station. This woman needs to get fired.

Tried to get gas other customers blocked me, tried to get around them, went through an area with pumps coned off, thought the pumps and area were not in use so I drove through the area and around the customers blocking me. A man came out of the bullding and yelled at me saying he was working their when he wasnt and that I wasnt supposed to drive through that area when it wasnt blocked off. I tried to apologize 4 times until he threatened to call the cops on me. I left and will never go to another shell again. I was gonna fill my brand new cars up with gas and get a carwash. Never again

I used the carwash and the wash didn’t have soap I tried to complain and they are the worst specially the manager who look like hore . They didn’t help me at all and robbed me with my 11$ . Worst carwash station pls don’t go here they will rob you!!!

Update: Shell never contacted me regarding the demeaning actions and verbiage used towards my wife after multiple attempts.Was just kicked out of their store after expressing my distaste of how their company chooses to treat their paying customers.---The staff aggressively flirts with their customers; including my wife.

This place is a scam, I pay $11 for my car wash at the machine after 45 minutes waiting in line. To find out it doesn't work and the car washer was broken. I went to the counter and ask if my card was charge and if it did can they refund it. Cashier says she can't do anything about it. And 2 days later saw a charge on my car for a service I never get
