You got to be kidding me. This company got a license to rob you without doing the job.They know, as a small few station owner, you don't have a whole lot of choice. Pretty much every morning I get up and call them and every time they tell me they will send someone. I have a pump that goes offline and online. Two different technicians came from them and reset the pump, it worked few hours and went off line again. I talked to the dispatcher and he told me we have to diagnose the problem. If so then what those two techs were doing there, why they did't diagnose the problem instead just reset it. Both times they charged me and it took them less than ten minutes to reset the pump. I left a detailed message to the supervisor's voicemail but no call back. If they have nothing else going on they will come. While back I placed a service call for a pump issue and kept waiting and then finally fixed my self after getting the part on line. Then, couple months later a tech came over for the service call that was placed way back. We need more competition. Let's put some ideas together to come up with a plan to compete with these guys. Horrible Horrible Horrible service.
