Waited over 10 hours just to be seen. Extremely slow and inefficient. I felt awful the whole 10 hours as well.

The service is terrible, it took me 24 hours in emergencies and the first attention was 8 hours after arriving, returning to the waiting room and they called me again 10 hours later, to take me to the express waiting room and tell me A person can leave without doing anything after 6 hours after waiting, they are not clear with the information and there is never any staff at the window, only for 30 minutes I saw people serving and they left again. It is Horrible that MY TAXES ARE NOT REFLECTED IN THE HEALTH SERVICE

What a train wreck. The ER is slow and inefficient but I understand that’s a tough spot. Then you go to the “express clinic” and get treated poorly by the receptionist to the point where you know the best thing to do is to just leave.

I’m giving Valley a 5 star review for several reasons. But, I’ll start with the only downfall for me in that of the waiting room. They get a lot of people in there and I understand that but man, it was pretty dirty and the hard chairs aren’t great for waiting six+ hours like I had to do. (Not shocked at the wait for what I needed so for the people who expect to just see a DR immediately are clearly mistaken on how hospitals work, lol)
Once called back to see the ER doctors they took great care of me and were very attentive and explained everything well. I was in for a “routine” paracentesis for my liver cirrhosis that I’ve had done half a dozen times this past year now. They tested my fluids and noticed some bacteria and immediately sent a culture off before I was even informed of the bacteria infection. Which was good to hear on their part to get to it immediately. They decided it was best to keep me overnight to evaluate and get on an antibiotic while they waited on the culture and tests from my fluids. I spent the next 5 days in their care. (I just got out today actually) and they were great around the clock. All the nurses were very nice and made sure I was comfortable at all times. And they did the same for the other guys in my room as well.
I noticed a lot of bad reviews for some reason but I’ve been to a few hospitals in my day and this is a good one! I appreciate all their help and care!

The is the WORST emergency room I’ve ever been to… I came back in September and spent 6 hours in the waiting room before being seeing. Now fast forward to April and it took over 5 hours to be seen. Staff is a joke, customer service is horrible, they are not friendly and don’t accommodate with anything. On top of it all, as I was ordering a water bottle from the vending machine, the machine broke and I lost $5, what a dump! Definitely don’t come to this garbage facility.

Well run facility with caring people who are truly trying to help everyone. It is a county agency so of course things get a little crazy with the clientele in the amount of people. Overall it is very well run with kind professional people trying to do the best they can. The staff and medical staff are competent and professional.

The worst place ever, when you die then they will take you to grave other than that they won’t do anything, please don’t go there specially the ultra sound department and 100 the transport guys. Dam which one i should mention first it’s totally not good to go there. Shame on you guys who works there just getting free money… it’s been 3 hours waiting for transport guys to take my child out of the ultrasound…

If I could only give zero stars. They make you wait for ever, bending machines don't work, and in top of that; there is no cafeteria. Yet, laying a high premium at work. FU!

I went in with kidney pain and I’ve had sepsis numerous times and was in the ICU . Well the Dr said she didn’t see anything in my urine results and I was CRYING HARD and she said maybe I have something and if I’m “THAT WORRIED THEN I CAN CORTON SWAB MYSELF DOWN THERE WITH ZERO GLOVES NO INSTRUCTIONS. Long story short 5 days later I’m back with a fever over 103.4 and was told I did have a stone and I have Sepsis really bad and my lactic acid was 7.1And that I should call my family.I was in so much pain I BEGGED THEM NOT TO LET ME DIE. This happened less than a year ago and after I told the Dr what happened on my visit from this last time and I never saw that Dr again. Idk what happened to her but I wanted to sue her!! I don’t think I can but I’m glad I made it out ok.
