I cannot recommend against going to this store more. The service is horrible. The produce is horrible. The meat is rancid. The entire store is run down and has the ambiance of a prison. The staff treats everyone like they are trying to rob the place. I have tried reporting my concerns to the management several times. Nothing. I will never go back to this store even though it is close to where I live. My only hope is that it closes down and something better replaces it.

Lost a loyal customer for life. Now I understand why this location have low rating. Came in to purchase my normal Starbucks and grocery. I was looking to buy a Dr. Scholl's i was confronted by a lady. instead of asking me me if i needed assistance. she automatic assume I was opening the package to steal it. This was not the first incident in this store and about a year ago. I fell down at the grocery area when the floor was wet a similar situation happen instead of asking me if I was OK ignore the situation and walk away I've been coming here for over eight years. I will never step foot in the store again, and I will make sure all my friends and social media know never to come to this location.

The person that was assigned at the customer service counter was such in a great hurry to end her shift telling me thatShe can’t help me without even saying that someone will come to assist.

Worst Safeway ever! Find another one. One lane open at 7 pm and over 14 people in line. Management didn't care when informed. Very rude.

I was looking forward to shopping for $5 Friday deals today. I was disappointed to go to the deli counter and see only 1 person assigned to the fried chicken ($5 for 8 pieces). I waited in long line for 45minutes to get the chicken. Why is there one person assigned on a deal day? Why were 4 staff assigned to just sushi. The chicken needs more attention when you have a deal. When it comes off someone should pack them all up in waiting open containers while some puts more in to fry. What a huge waste of my time and all the other customers. The bakery was also sold out of $5 carrot and chocolate cake by noon. I am so disappointed.

Great place to shop. Super helpful staff!Came in with some questions about products. An associate named Josh assisted me and got me the exact items I needed, he even answered questions I didn't know I should be asking about the product! Sally from pricing was so sweet and reminded me to consult the Safeway App, particularly the "Just for U" deals that can give you tremendous savings. Thanks so much! This sort of service is why I shop Safeway.

I had a bunion surgery so I'm on 1 leg for now and I wanted to go buy some snacks so I went to safeway near me and I was looking for the electric car because I'm on crutches. I looked and could not find it so I asked a worker and I don't know if he was the manejar but he was so nice and he radio for the car for me and then I said that I just wanted to get some cereal and snacks so he said. You know what I can help you with that so he got me the items and carried them for me and he took me to the counter up front and helped me get on my way quick. He even offered to walk me to my car but I told him I can do the rest. I really appreciate the help, my foot was hurting because it has to be elevated. Thank you very much! happy Holidays! THANK YOU SAFEWAY ! ?

Clean, shelves are almost never empty, cold drinks, everything is almost perfect! The cashier lines are quick aswell! If you need something food related, this store is your go-to.

I had a inconvenience experience of shopping without a grocery cart! Because the manager decided to have them locked up! When there I was, along with two other ladies needing a shopping cart that were outside, I go into the store to let an employee know I need a shopping cart, then I find out that they can't find manager that has the key! So, I had to find a basket! Also from the deli, the young guy working there had the nerve to slice up old smelly Harvard cheese put it in packaging! I didn't know this until I got home! But, yes, check the expire dates on food products! I find meat that expires the next day!

I prepaid for a wrist corsage and no one was in the department. I went to customer service to request help and Ray was rude is an understatement. He said the florist department was closed. I asked what should I do and told me I don't know it's not my They called for a Renaldo but he never appeared after 20 minutes of waiting. As we were leaving we ran into a man casually coming from online that was willing to help get our paid order from the back.

This Safeway is Disappointment OK first Off their lines are very long and sometimes There's one person working register and That's not OK Please hire more cashiers second meet & seafood looks like garbage some of their meat & seafood looks like they have more than some of their steaks it Disappointment third off they take forever at customer service about 5 to 10 minutes waiting and I was going to give this Safeway One starBut I'm getting them 3 Stars because 1. this Safeway is always fully stock of items daily I give him that and 2 The employees are friendly including the cashier's but they need to hire more cashiers please hire more
