We've been residents here for nearly six years, and unfortunately, I have to give a one-star review for several reasons. Firstly, the management's communication has deteriorated significantly. Secondly, our CAR was stolen from the GATED parking lot, and despite the presence of security cameras, the management never reached out to provide footage or even acknowledge the incident.Additionally, there's a persistent lint issue in our unit, originating from the dryer pipe positioned in the middle of the balcony. This has led to multiple medical issues for me. Although the management sent a contractor once to clean the pipe, it needs to be cleaned again since it’s been a year from last cleaning. However, attempts to communicate with the resident office have been futile. They consistently IGNORE emails and fail to follow up. It's frustrating that they cannot schedule appointments with vendors for essential maintenance tasks, ultimately putting residents' health at risk. I think Irvine should take action and replace people who work in residence services at this location since they simply don’t know how to do their job.

Very loud turbine noise in the early morning from the garbage collection center in the apartment building 1. Avoid any building around it if you don't wake up super early.

After two years of living in this apartment, I have to say the management team is getting worse and worse. Terribly bad system and management. Unfriendly team and staff. DO MOVE IN HERE ANYMORE.

The community is beautiful and the staff and maintenance are responsive and very helpful. I have had issues with package theft, but this is what crime looks like. Glad the team was able to direct me on the do's and don't.

terrible experience living here.1. Packages got stolen multiple times either in locker or at the front door. Frightened about the safety of2. Elevator has been down for 1 month and NO one takes care of it. The maintenance is a nightmare3. Continuous noise comes day and night from neighbors and from facilities that they don’t know how to fix which troubles lot.4. Apparently the maintenance office and the leasing office don’t plan to make any change or improvements and just ignore all the feedback. I don’t know why I chose this terrible apartment …

Staying here means paying thousands for the risk of being woken up to leave your building in the middle of the night.3 middle of the night false fire alarms in 2023.2 so far in 2024 (including twice in the same night).

Been living here 1 year and about to move out because of safety issues. Lots of cars got smashed and wheels got stolen, packages left at front door stolen.And this is only one side, on the other side, someone in the resident office doesn't have a very good attitude on the issue when our package got stolen, or be delivered to a wrong place. Some staff have a good attitude and are nice to us, but the safety issue still remains and is really frightening us.

My husband and I have lived here for nearly 3 years and have generally enjoyed our stay here until some recent experiences have made us count down the days until we can leave.First, we recently witnessed someone steal a license plate off of a fellow resident's car in the GATED resident parking section. We called the police immediately and notified management who couldn't care less and did not even seem to be interested in notifying the tenant whose car it was of the events that had taken place. We had to notify the person ourselves. We've also had our car broken into, but I guess par for the course in the Bay Area.Second, you can never trust that you'll actually be able to obtain a package from the parcel room because the kiosks break CONSTANTLY. Kiosk A has broken 3 times in the last 3 months, leaving expensive perishable food items to go bad because no one is around to fix the thing when you come home from work to pick up your package.We've also been awoken at 3am by blaring building-wide fire alarms and have had elevators break more times than I can even count during our time here.Otherwise, the positives that have kept us living here for the past 3 years are the relatively affordable rent, amenities and spacious, quiet apartments. Maintenance requests are also handled generally quickly.I'm disappointed to not be able to give a better review, but as of late management really feels like it's asleep at the wheel.

The management is very responsive and cooperative, and the rent is totally worth the amenities that they provide including pool, spa, gym, etc. Additionally, the locality is great with some really good restaurants and a beautiful park at walkable distance. I'd highly recommend choosing Riverview apartments for your next home!

High garage break in rate.Bad service attitude. While renewing, I saw a drop on rental price and asked them to rematch and got rejected. Feels they are making money on move out.Extra star for good environment.
