TERRIBLE SERVICE!I went to buy eye drops and a few more things there during the holiday. There were two people working at the store and both of them weren’t at the cashier desk, so I decided to use self checkout instead. When I scanned everything and tried to pay, the machine didn’t print the receipt. So when I called the lady from the cashier-she said I had to pay again because otherwise she wouldn’t let me out of the store. I showed her the charge on my credit card and she still wouldn’t believe me, because it was showing “pending” status (which it always does on the credit cards) I told her that I payed already, but she wouldn’t let me out of the store and continued telling me I had to prove that I paid. And she refused to call a manager! I had to pay the second time to be able to get the eye drops (I really needed them)! They told me I had to go back to the store and show them if I am charged twice and then they would refund me. This is crazy!

crazy phamarcy, never pick up the phone from customer. And even if they did accidentally pick up, I even heard they said over the phone that \"I picked up the wrong line by mistake\" -- so their customer phone calls are wrong to them to answer?

Great store and great pharmacy. Pharmacist Bharat is very friendly and professional, and great at explaining things and answering questions regarding medications and vaccines. I just wish the Pharmacy hours were until 9pm again. The store is always clean and well-lit, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Don't eve come here if you need preservative free eye drops. I waited close to 15 minutes and no one answered the intercom. Joke workers here

Great customer service experience this morning. I stopped in for some cold medicine. I was just perusing the bare shelves. A clerk went out of their way to see if I needed help finding anything. She was so friendly, pleasant, and helpful. A true asset to this business.

Best place for affordable good quality ice cream! Employees are nice and friendly. Unfortunately, only 4/5 because their self checkouts are almost always out of order with an error displayed on the screens so that every customer has to get into a long line and wait on one cashier to checkout. The errors are ones that usually an employee walks over to, types in a code, then it suddenly works in less than 30 seconds... the next closest Rite-Aid location does not have the same issue.

Mmm, Thrifty's Ice Cream. Though here it's less cream, more ice. The last two times I got ice cream here it was stale and/or had freezer burn. What the mocha almond fudge?

Terrible pharmacy customer service - staff is unable to provide accurate information leading to delayed prescription filling, no call backs when staff advises they will call, manager (Brad) has subpar communication skills and lacks problem solving skills. Overall, inefficient and unprofessional pharmacy.

Figured I would go to our local Rite Aid to give them our support since they are struggling. We walked to this store to get ice cream and other things. It was 8:55 pm and waited to get ice cream. There was about 9 people that came in to get a scoop. Was told that they close at 9pm. But it wasn't 9 yet and he stated he already started the closing process. Which he had not started it yet. He served two people prior. One of the guys waiting stated that it wasn't 9 yet. The woman with blue hair stated that it was her policy and that he was closed. She stated it was 859 but when we got there it was 855. She Suggested to get ice cream in the back which they only had 2 flavors in the cooler. I Suggest maybe say you close at 845pm instead of saying 9pm. Poor customer service. We left and I didn't buy any of the other stuff I needed. My kids were disappointed so we Went to Baskin Robbins. I asked BR what their closing policy is and they close at 10pm but they would take customers even at closing time.

Alarm went off after I paid and left the store. Lady from the counter ran after me, stopped me and insisted on seeing the inside of my pockets. No apology or explanation - just a demand. There was nothing of course, so she said "you can go" and turned around. No apology again. Great experience. Will not shop here again.

I scheduled a 2pm appointment to get my COVID booster shot. I showed up 5 minutes early to go through the ID and insurance check. I was told the pharmacist was running few minutes late. After 25 minutes of waiting and still no pharmacist I asked her if she could at least call her and tell her that her 2pm APPOINTMENT was waiting for 25 minutes already. She finally showed up at 2:30pm. SO RUDE!!! If I was a walk in I would expect to wait but not when I had an appointment. She then asked me to wait 15 minutes more. WHAT??? What should have been an in and out and now you want it to drag out for 45 minutes? No thank you.

When I was going in, the store clerk was looking straight at me, as if i was about to steal. Then when i was about to leave, she kept looking at me. She is a stalker, DON'T EVER SHOP HERE!!
