The asian lady cashier in the front completely lacked customer service skills, no effort whatsoever. She argues with the customers and probably hates her job. Worst service!

I never go to this sad and boring store ever since an employee accused me of shoplifting. On that fateful day I was there, there was nothing I wanted to buy....absolutely nothing! And I really looked but their stock of items made this store feel like a ghost town. They had a dirty crappy clearance section with bottles opened with nail polish and lotion residue on the shelves, aisles of empty shelves, cheap quality over priced jewelry, not much in their dollar days section and all electronics locked up behind glass- but do not expect any thing of high value or familiar brands there still. The staff there gossip about customers and get suspicious that you shoplifted if you simply do not find anything to buy as if there was anything worthwhile to buy there anymore. Also, their rewards program is the lousiest one I have ever signed up for. So, I am not surprised that Rite Aid has become bankrupt especially if other customers are seeing this same thing at their local store. I would not be surprised. But I always wonder about karma too....Well I look forward to this store closing down and another drug store moves in. CVS and Walgreens are nearby so do not need another one so close but perhaps a Grocery Outlet, Big Lots or Walmart mini mart would be great for this location. But then what I really would like to see is an Old Navy or Daiso Japan to move in the building. I surely will not miss the store and have no sympathy for the staff who will have to look for another job....hey...I am a kind person but when people accuse me of something I never did and they never even at least apologize, I am glad that karma is on my side. When this store closes permanently and I am sure it will soon, I will be celebrating karma!

Called to get covid test and pharmacist said they close at 6. I get there before 6 and run into the pharmacist. She is trying to leave and doesn't want to get me the kit because she is trying to leave . What a lazy uncaring woman. #@$!!

IMHO My hubby and I have come here for our Covid boosters and both times I have been very impressed by the brightness, the cleanliness and organization, and the layout of the store. The aisles are wide and open, and the shelves are easy to shop. (Unfortunately, the one item I'd love to find isn't available... Please RITE AID, stock Hexol cleaner! The Pharmacy Dept was friendly and efficient. Nice to know there is a clean drug store in the neighborhood!

The person answering the calls for the pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional. I have called this branch many times and it has been the same bad experience every time.

Pharmacy staff did not have any patience even for the smallest things. Simple things like, "can you speak louder" or "can you speak slower please" would be easily done instead of keep repeating "I don't understand" and "I can't understand you" multiple times wasting everyone's time. If I wasn't speaking in English, what other languages could I speak to make someone understand here? If you have a customer, serve the customer like you would with your own family member, not some random guy you can just blow off over the phone.
