Great for restaurants, bulk purchases. Good quality options. Can find just about anything needed for a food business. Check out can take a while, but all depends on time/day. Team works fast, ways hustling to get you out.

Horrible place for truck drivers, managemwnt and lumpers don't care about your time at all. Checked in at 11 for a 12 o clock appt, didn't get a door until 2 because they only use 1 of the 5 doors they have and it took over an hour for them to get 5 pallets

Worst place to drop if you're a truck driver. If I can drive from North Carolina and make my appointment on time, why can't they? It's not that hard to just take stuff off a truck.

It’s hit or miss on a decent experience here. At the front desk, Gabrielle refused to call the manager Sonny for me, even though he had asked me to come back today about a question. I offered to wait for him. She was condescending and dismissive. Sure, I could have dug my heels in but gave up instead and left - this place wasn’t worth the frustration.

Restaurant Depot is such a cool place to go shopping! It's kind of like a food service-based Costco and offers a variety of food related products to its customers. You need a membership to go, but if you are in the restaurant industry and need to find a place to grab something quickly, this is the spot! They have food as well as food related accessories, which is handy for someone who loves cooking!
