It's an ok place for a good hand wash. I've had my share of good and bad experiences there. It's kinda funny to me that they do a better job when I don't tip them vs giving them a generous tip and having soap residue or watermarks left on the car. The customer service though isn't what I would consider perfect but I do get in and out at a mostly reasonable time. I would say give it a shot and if you don't like it that's fine. It's probably better to go on the weekend or when there's not a lot of vehicle traffic at the intersection.

I took my car for a wash on Friday afternoon. When I got home I noticed my back left window had a wipe down mark I thought to my self "hey it must just be the wipe down mark that didn't get to dry completely" so I got some windex and a microfiber wipe started wiping down but i noticed it was not coming off It was then I realized it was a big scratch. Next morning Saturday I thought I'd stop by and just ask the owner (Roberto) if it might've been that the employees used a dirty rag or a product that might've scratched my window? off the bat his telling me that someone did scratch it I'm like yeah here because my car was dirty but my window was not scratched, he was in big denial the whole time talking about how someone did scratch it but not there? He didn't even bother to offer to try to remove it or anything to make the situation better... please stay away from this place!

Poor results. The top of my minivan was largely not cleaned. I pointed this out before I left and they tried their best with damp towels but results were not satisfactory. After I pulled out I noticed that the windshield was not cleaned well.For the price they charge and the time it took, I was hoping for better results.

Firstly, the folks there work hard. This is not a review about their attention to detail. This review is focused on the products and the amount that they use. I was happy with the cleanliness of my vehicle, however I felt like I was going to slide right out of it. The spray gun that is used to spray tire shine on your wheels is the same one they will use to coat every inch of your interior. I had to use about 7 microfibers (GMC Yukon XL) to literally re clean the entire inside of my vehicle. Again, I appreciate the attention to detail but I would've appreciated a natural finish on the inside. Would recommend asking for them to skip the dressings and just clean the vehicle.

Worst car wash out there. Brought my truck here for a hand wash and was in disbelief in how much they didn't care to spot clean your windshield, windows, and mirrors. I don't care if they missed it but I pointed out what they missed and she did not care to make sure they got it right. SMH don't go here. Go to Pacific Car Wash instead, they do a way better job, the only thing is you'll have to wait cause they're so busy.

Great quickservice at a good price. Industrial location but they have a nice place to sit and a good selection of snacks to enjoy while you wait.

I paid for the full service and the ladies that detailed my car didn't even clean the car fully. The inside looked like they just vacuumed and called it a day and the outside they left soap to dry up on the paint. I would never recommend this place to anyone it looks like they just want to get the job done fast so other customers don't leave because of the wait time. Save money and don't come!!!

Last time I bring my vehicle to this place , all the other times I liked there was there okay for the price . I paid 200 dollars for them to return my vehicle a grease ball they showered my brand new car with some sort of tire shine horrible my outside trims got all stain because of all the oil that was apply.. I asked the owner why they used the same oil that was used on my tires on my whole vehicle he said it was for all use okay . But honestly they made my brand new car look like s*** . My trims are now all damaged now yes they took it back and said they fixed it but honestly am still very unhappy my car looks horrible with all the oil stains from what they sprain and wll his y can say it's water damage but I know it's not sorry but for 200 dollars I will not go back . Horrible the inside shine is after 5 times that they wiped it down am my car is still looking like a greasy a** car thanks guys horrible work

Been taking the same car here for 4 years and always pay the car price. Today the young lady insisted I pay the SUV price for my little ford eco escape. It’s half the size of the Tesla they washed for car price. Maybe the difference is that I am white and the Tesla customer was Latino. Never again! And I’m telling everybody I see!

When I say they have a great system in place. They do! My cat was cleaned inside and out and they did a great job. They found things I had been searching for for months. Lol. thank you. I will definitely be back.
