I have a Hyundai sonata hybrid, sadly. Car battery went dead, lost cells. Called dealer and laughed at their price for battery and replacement. Called O'Reilly and talked with Maranda. She admitted, she was not sure if they carried the battery. Invited me down to at least test it. Tested bad as expected. Bryce said he'd seen the battery before and between the two of them, they found the battery. I expected to pay about 250 with battery and fees and was charged about $246. A little better than expected. What surprised me is that their computer said they did not carry the battery, and these two went to the trouble and found the same battery in the back I walked in with. (only new). This is not the norm any more and these two, especially Maranda deserve a pat on the back for using their heads instead of just listening to a machine. Thank you both for going out of your way for me!

When you need it they likely have it or can get it. Try going on their website to order and pick up. Staff friendliness has improved quite a bit!

Very rude staff, went for some rivet clips and they didn’t care to assess me, asked for a flashlight so I could find an example of what I was trying to buy and got a very poor service experience. Just go and buy at Auto Zone. ??

My Dad has been a client at this Oreilly for about 10 years now. Everything has been good until the new manager Tino came in. He insulted and cussed at my dad claiming he “steals” parts using warranty? My dad is really mad about this situation and is currently going to another Oreilly. I hope this situation can be fixed because honestly no should deal with this mans attitude.

Been going to this store for 20 plus years and the customer service is terrible management doesn't care called District manager he seems to not care about the issues many other commercial accounts have stopped going to this store they get a new manager every 5 months sad and it's in the downtown area or willow glen Diana the lady in commercial area has a real problem with customer service who argues with the customer
