Both my brake lights were out so I called the store and employee Robert confirmed he had them in stock. I headed over to the store and Robert even helped install the new brake lights! That's what I call great customer service. Bravo Robert

I have had many pleasant interactions with the staff at this location, however, the manager there is the most surly person I've seen in retail in many years. We walked in the story recently for some parts and he did nothing to welcome us or even, god forbid, help us. He literally stood there and pointed for us to stand by a register while he walked in the back room and started a conversation with an employee! Really? Nice customer service sir. I go there for the convenience and the mostly pleasant staff that's there now. Maybe he'll be replaced soon in favor of someone who's willing to help a customer.

I took my batterie to get charged then went back" the next day. Same guy said that its no good wont hold charge. Then to say its not even a oriely batterie was ready to toss it and not give it back to me. As a real gentle man and i as a lady didn't offer me a hand to take to my car by the way im pregnant he didnt care to to notice. 1star no 0 star

Ordered online for in-store pickup. Waited two days for notification that my order was ready, finally called and learned that they had to order it from a warehouse. The website indicated that the item was in stock. Finally just drove over there, and ultimately purchased a different, similar item. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Just wish the website had been more accurate about availability.

Don't ever come in here if you are black. They will follow you around the store and racial profile you bc you are black with a backpack on. Mind you, i have a backpack on bc I'm on my motorcycle. Are y'all following women around and telling them to leave their purse at the front door? No i didn't think so. This place is beyond me. Don't come here. Customer service and workers are trash

Very kind and helpful staff; they charged my car battery for me at no cost. It took a little over an hour. Great service, I will definitely be back the next time I need to buy anything for my car.

Don't post a sign about your price correction policy and process if an item received rings up wrong, if you're not going to honor it and ignore the customer when they point it out. Not worth arguing over in the moment, but has guaranteed the loss of a customer.
