Wait time for simple oil change 2.5 hours and still waiting. I could get the oil change done in 60 min somewhere else. Rep is not very customer friendly. Rep offered $120 for oil change, once I said I have coupon the price dropped to $40. I have been in this location several times. Every time I get the impression they try to rip you off if they could . I don't recommend this location.

Pretty cool dealers providing pretty good deals. They provided walk-in test drive for the vehicle, which is pretty convenient and helps me make the decision.

My experience here was A1! Please ask for Thomas when you are going to purchase your car! I bought a car from Thomas in sales. He made sure I knew everything about the car and was really accommodating! I felt no pressure at all. He really made something that feels so stressful really easy and I appreciate that! Hove my Maxima so much! So glad he helped me pick her out! Really amazing sales person! I got my car in August. Since then I've sent three people his way, similar experiences!

Not only will they hold you hostage until you leave them a positive review on their iPad, but they'll totally screw you on parts prices when you need 'em. They also won't answer their phone when you call them several times after they say they'll let you know when you can pick up your vehicle. Do yourself a giant favor ... Buy/Service a Nissan elsewhere!!
