Always find what I need here. Reason for low stars is the quality of atmosphere has changed. Music sets the tone and now they play a lot of strong adult content.Eastridge is a large community based retail center. The stores are supported by families in the neighborhood. I just hope the owner and employees take a moment to think about the playlist. You can never go wrong with old school hip hop, R&B, Rock, etc.
I listen to everything but, at that moment, I felt sad for the older generation and families with kids that could have walked in. Then again, if they know what's been up, they probably no longer come around because of it. If you decide to shop there and hear explicit music please speak up.

I went in a week ago to buy blonde clips ins for 275$ was suppose to be real human hair. Was by far the worst quality hair , the hair fried as soon as I put heat on them. was told at the register final sale. I will never go back. I literally feel robbed!

I was assured that the clip in hair extensions that I bought were 100 percent human hair, but when I wash them they smell like wet animal. You cannot return things here so that sucks also. I wouldn't trust this store.

New management I bought 2 human hair tape in extensions for over $200 the quality was so bad I took it back. They only exchanged one because the other one was used of course thats how I knew it was not tangle low quality hair. I exchanged for sew in human hair and again it was low quality I paid over $150 for another tangled mess. Dont waste your money here. They sale low quality dry, knotty hair. If anyone can recommend a store with Dignity I would appreciate it. Thanks for reading.

I'm usually going to going to the Eastbay to purchase hair and hair products. Finding a comfortable store in the Southbay that can meet my hair care needs was extremely difficult. This store is fairly neat with a nice mix of inventory for all hair types. They keep a nice inventory of all types of hair and different color option. All the hair care products can be found in this store. The last time I was looking for a edge control they didn't have I mentioned it and guess what???? They had it when I went there today. The staff are usually friendly and open to answer questions. I was in there for sometime looking at nose rings and they were so patient. You do have to go through the mall to get to this place. The easiest way is parking by the food court walk straight to the escalator, head down and turn left.

Bought overpriced poor quality hair extensions. Their return policy is a joke. I will never bring my business to this place again. When I had the hair extensions installed pieces of hair would slip out a lot. On top of everything I do not have grey hair the extensions looked great at first but not even a week of wearing I my “brown” hair turned grey. I am not sure how extensions get died but these were cheaply painted. The price for what I thought was high quality quickly turned sh**y. Thank goodness this was a trial run before my wedding. Will never come here again. Take your money elsewhere. Anywhere but here is better!
