been to this location a few times, great customer service and close to my place, so I got a phone here prior and everything worked great except the Bluetooth connection to my vehicle, sound would come in and out etc, glitches with incoming phone calls/text , returned and got a new phone and thought everything would be fine, well again issues with the Bluetooth, as soon as I got it the phone did the same thing, came back and had the pleasure of meeting ada, very nice and sweet and super helpful, took the time to weigh my options and make sure I got what I needed, upgraded to a better model and wow sounds is super loud, bass hits unbelievably low and overall excellent quality, went for a drive to see if it messed up but it worked flawlessly, thanks again ada for the great customer service and if I ever need a new phone I'm definitely coming back to see u

I went to this store early this morning to inquire about any deals or promotions TMobile might be offering as I want to change carrier.There was a lady and a gentleman employee at the door. I told them I wanted to inquire about T Mobile deals or promotions. They didn't invite me inside the store. I asked where they conducted business, whether at the door, or inside. I was told something was broken out but working inside so they told me we'd just talk instead at the door!So I told them I was with another carrier and would like to know whether they have deals or promotions. I told them I had two lines. I asked them how much would it be it I had T Mobile. Instead of answering my question, the last asked me instead got much I was paying. I told her Im the one one asking questions. Instead of answering my questions or giving me information, she repeated again how much I was paying my carrier. Conducting business at the door and not inside the stores and not answering my queries, is poor customer service!

I want to leave a review for Moe the manager. He has been helping us the last 15 years with all our phone and wi-fi needs. His Associate Antonio helped him today and he was very knowledgeable. Thank you Moe for all your honesty with us. Merry Christmas ?

We have been coming here about 15 years or when they opened. we work with Moe for years and have received the highest quality service and sales from this Metro store. We haved moved thru the years but always stay with the same store. Ask for Nancy she is an excellent sales person. we are a Samsung family for years, but our Granddaughters switched to Apple phones and there were no changes in our plan or price. how cool is that? we have a plan for 5 too. Moe will go above and beyond for your phone needs. thank you Moe.

Omg, I didn't have time to write this sooner but I just got my new LG stylo 5 at metro by T-Mobile in eastridge mall. And Moe helped me out. If I can give him 100 stars I would. He was amazing. He spent his time with me, and trust me I had a million and one questions. He never pressured me, he was understanding and explained Metro And everything they offer thoroughly....Metro offers unlimited for only 120 month for FOUR lines! All taxes and fees included! They run on T-Mobiles network so They're nationwide! No contract, no hidden fees for everything unlimited. I walked into another metro store before this and they were awful. I'm gonna write their reviews next but 5/5 for this one because they don't allow 100.

this complaint is for the entire store especially MOE and ANTONIO! i would give zero stars if its available. do NOT ever go here unless you like being screwed over and like $$$ wasted. i came here and some employee named, ANTONIO, helped me. he kept trying to sell me a new phone but i decline and stated just needed a prepaid sim card. sim card is for my brother's phone. btw, my brother's phone is only 5 months old, samsung, and we have used other simcards without any problems. i should have never trusted this ANTONIO that the data worked!! bc when we got home, it wasnt!! it only worked bc of wifi, NOT bc we were using data from sim card! i returned to this store, hopeful, but NOPE! the woman claimed she was the manager and tried everything. they refuse to give me a refund. she spoke with MOE over the phone, i guess the guy in charge of the store. and he even refuse to speak with me!! WHAT THE... so much for customer service!!! i was already annoyed by the situation and MOE refuse to do anything!! i will be reaching out to other metropcs stores and complain as well. this is unacceptable.

LYING MANAGER!!! So, I bought a case for my S10+ from a different Metropcs and picked it up at the Eastridge Mall location (They had the color I wanted). Took the case out and told her to toss the packaging in the trash can. I had used the case for less then five minutes, decided it didn't provide much protection from accidental falls and went back to store to return the case.

Customer service isn't a high priority here. I stood in line for over 20 mins and not 1 time was I acknowledged. Steped up to the counter Roxanna didnt even look up lol. I said " hi, are u busy" she says "no ur next"....ok cool? Upgraded my old phone in store. This was yesterday, Sat. The ladies had kids in the back while working. They kept poking their heads out...I was in the store probably an hour. Guess it was take ur kid to work day...crazy!
