Came to drop off my donation. The gentleman working there was extremely rude and patronizing. Refused to give me his or the manager's name.

I used to go to Goodwill, it's a shame that they now raise prices to like $14. They even raise prices higher than retail.

3.5/5 stars. The better goodwill on this side of town. Decently busy with customers. Turnover is good so I can always find some things I like. A medium sized store that doesn't take too long to get through but still manages to cram a lot in. Good organization. Employees mainly just man the cashier, open dressing rooms. and leave you alone. Pricing is higher for trendier items or well known brands, which is sometimes worth it, but there's a usually a cheaper alternative somewhere in the store. Last time I went they had a hand sanitizer stand but the sanitizer had a funky smell so you're better off bringing your own if you can. Overall, a solid goodwill that I probably will keep visiting. I'd say they're best for clothing.

manger here is very rude. when I walked in, she immediately asked me to leave because i looked homeless (i was having a rough day). i asked for the manager but she said she was the manager. that's crazy, do better goodwill

Fat manager is not professional at all. She is rude and doesn't have customer service skills. Beware when coming to this location !! I seen her smoking in the fitting rooms and when I asked abt it she said "mind your business" and proceeded to say "this is my store get out" don't waste your money she needs to be fired asap!

I love shopping here and always find some great stuff to buy however one item purchased was never placed in my bag of purchases. Today at 6:26 pm, I had my sweetie, M.A. purchase several items for me including a small spiral glass sculpture. It looked a slight like a Hersey kiss with a spiral tail. I also remember at the time, I changed my mind on a horse sculpture because it had broken ears. But the glass sculpture he did pay for. I recall asking the clerk how much it was and she showed me that the price was on the bottom. My sweetie's receipt shows that he paid for the glass sculpture that appeared to be hand blown glass. I do not blame the clerk as she seemed nice and could have been distracted after I changed my mind on the horse sculpture. But still, how could she have forgotten to place it in my bag of purchases? How could I have just assumed that she would? I never thought this would happen. Anyhow, I called the store and gave the clerk that answered my phone call, my phone number in hopes it does turn up as apparently, the staff just place items back that are left behind. Does this happen sometimes at Goodwill stores? I have shopped at Goodwill stores since I was a kid with my parents and this is definitely a first for me. I will have to be more alert from now on and not just assume. I feel bad that I did not get it though. I hope the staff do find it. They do have my phone number. Receipt info: Store 62 WS 51 Opr eramirez #158 Update: no phone call back and no refund for the item that my sweetie paid for but we never got in our bag of purchases last night. Wow what a lenient policy and yet, they worry about shoplifting. The store does not want to lose money but what happens when a customer, does?!? They have my sweetie's information on computer that shows proof of payment and could have located the item. Surely the clerk would have remembered me. WOW!!!!!!!!! OMG! - I had given this Goodwill 4 stars but now just 3 stars as they did not do the ethical or right thing by me, a loyal customer who has often shopped at this location. Also, I have seen staff go in the back room and take out items that they have saved to give to their buddies to buy....kind of dishonest if you ask me.....hmmm...ethics.....?!?

We love going to Our Local goodwill stores but seems they are following a process like which shouldnt exist.. yes it's for a good cause many shop at goodwill.. but this process hiking shouldnt be affect a regular shirt n especially due to it being used or previously owned items.. it's quite ridiculous to be honest and suprised that goodwill gets away with this.. some of the people are rude dont speak in a good tone even with children.. also none of the associates should be wearing candles or chanclas...they should say hello and greet customers appropriately

DONT' BUY ANY ELECTRONICS THERE...UNLESS U WANT BED BUGS!!! I bought an old used Xbox (without power cord) and it didn't turn on....after waiting over a week after ordering the cord on Ebay.... I finally got the right cord for it it and tried to power it up...it still didn't power up? I paid $29.99 for it from Goodwill plus $5.99 for the cord thru Ebay. Since Goodwill now has a no return/no refund/no exchange policy... I finally decided to open the machine to see what was going on...and found a bunch of dead bugs and eggs inside of it! It looked like a bed bug factory inside of there! I was truly grossed out and regretted ever taking this unit inside my house. If I do end up with any bed bugs inside of my home, I will DEFINATELY be sending them the bill for the exterminator. I will be avoiding this place like the plague....BEWARE and BE AWARE!!!
