They closed the doors at 5:55, and did not want to let me in. The store closes at 6 not at 5:55.

One of the better Goodwill locations in my opinion. It was pretty straightforward to drop off donations. Pulled up to the back of parking lot and parked. There were huge cardboard bins all labeled so it was easy to differentiate where where drop your items off. Also, you can also ask one of the staff members for a receipt to write this off on your taxes!

1-20-21 at 12:00 pm first time coming to this location I was around the area and decided to drop of some donation i had and thought I might as well go in but the cashier did not let me in because they have this new policy of only two people of the same family can go in !!! I am a homemaker so I have my two children with me all the time . This goodwill should really change this policy because i know there's many parents out there that don't have sitters like me so first and last time coming here !! I've been to many goodwills around San Jose and Santa clara and none have this policy

Came in to Goodwill during my lunch so I only had 45 min to shop. lol. Skimmed through the dresses and found some cute dresses for a reasonable price but too small. Found some cool nick-nacks like a big hummingbird feeder for my yard only $4.00, a new glass water bottle with tags for $3.00, a Eddie Bauer rain poncho new in the original packaging for $3.00, and a cute "Good Dog" treat container for less than $5:00. Plus got that senior discount lol. Spent less than $15.00, a bargain. Purse section was a bust nothing caught my eye. Shoe section had some nice shoe. Found a leopard pair of pumps from Franco Sarto for $8.00 and a pair of black BCBG pumps for $8.00. Both pairs were in good condition, almost new. Shelves were very well stocked and there was a lot of merchandise to choose from.

So I recently gave a review for Jasmine, the manager but I can't go without saying that one of the sales associates, ALYSSA (cool blue hair) is honestly quite unique. She actually went out of her way to assist me in finding a vintage piece of porcelain from Italy. I couldn't believe it because she was sincere and genuine in her approach. That's definitely worth a commission because I bought the piece she showed me! Thanks Alyssa!!!

I used to go here before covid-19 and they always stuck with their store hours and donation drop off hours. Ever since Covid-19, this branch would close their drop off/donations arbitrarily. Normal donation hours are 10:00 - 4:00 pm. But now, I get there in the early afternoon and donations are closed. Very frustrating most times now.

It used to be fun to go see what hood deals could be found. However they decided to get rid of tag color sales and now everything id sold as-is so you can't return or exchange an item that didn't work or didn't fit. Their prices are also ridiculously high and all they good items they get donated are auctioned off online to whoever can pay the most. They claim to be a non profit to get special status and tax breaks but the CEO and the rest of the director make a big profit for themselves every year. They are not there to help those in need they're there to maximize profits from selling items that they received for free. Goodwill is a SCAM. Boycott it if you can and go to other thrift shops that actually sells items at a reasonable price.

Avoid donating at this place unless you prepared to come multiple times and experience arrogance. I stop by Friday around 5pm and a lady told me they closed at 3:30, and asked me to come the next day, they open at 10am. That's fine and normal, but the next day when I went there at 1:30, a guy told me they closed again. He said I have to come tomorrow. And I asked when do you guys close, he said "it depends". Then I asked can I just leave the stuff here(they have multiple huge boxes laying around), then another guy said: if you leave your stuff here, you'll get a ticket for illegal dumping. What the hell? Are you serious? I'm just donating stuff and I was like begging you to take my stuff away. I have 8 pair of shoes, all of them in good shape and all have individual boxes. And I have to be threaten by having a illegal dumping ticket? Why do I want to go to a place over and over again just because some of the employee are lazy and don't want to do the job. I feel so sorry for goodwill hiring people like this when the country is suffering pandemic.

Decided to go to this goodwill since I am in the process of moving and have needed to get rid of much stuff for the past months. I called around to multiple goodwills, and this one was one of the only ones within an hour distance that claimed they were accepting donations. I asked multiple times and was told multiple times they were open and accepting donations. So I decided to take the drive and bring much of my stuff here, just to show up and see a sign saying no donations today and tomorrow. So I call the store and explain that I was told multiple times they were accepting donations today, and the person who answered the phone was not helpful at all, and was very dismissive. In case anyone else wants to donate and needs to know the days, donations are closed Monday and Tuesday. Better to know than to get false info from staff.

Drove 30 minutes to this location because it says it's opened but they closed at 6 and just haven't updated their hours during this pandemic like other locations have.
