It used to be fun to go see what hood deals could be found. However they decided to get rid of tag color sales and now everything id sold as-is so you can't return or exchange an item that didn't work or didn't fit. Their prices are also ridiculously high and all they good items they get donated are auctioned off online to whoever can pay the most. They claim to be a non profit to get special status and tax breaks but the CEO and the rest of the director make a big profit for themselves every year. They are not there to help those in need they're there to maximize profits from selling items that they received for free. Goodwill is a SCAM. Boycott it if you can and go to other thrift shops that actually sells items at a reasonable price.

Only place I found off Meridian and Hamilton that's taking donations. Long line to wait and you have to sort your items accordingly. No contact with staff workers. Go online for stores that are open.

I will keep this two star rating until they get their Sunday hours updated. They claim 10-6pm on Sundays but when I arrived they were closed up tight as a drum

They are very concerned about the community and the individuals who reside in it but most importantly they are concerned about giving ex offenders a second chance.

Had a good experience here dropping off my items. There was a staff member that come outside when I drove up to help me sort my donations into bins.

Came here to recycle a mattress. There are two Goodwill buildings, mattress recycling is on left side of the larger one which is set farther back off the road (NOT donation building next door). You can drive in, and a gentleman with a forklift will come to you to get the mattress. He takes your name and info, and was generally really nice.
