My case manager had a temper tantrum & for once in my life I didn't.I don't find you guys very helpful except for my rent payments. This whole time it's pretty much like every other provider I have had.So don't take it personally but you guys don't really help.

Never had to wait too long ! They are super quick ! I bring me and my children here ! It's a nice facility and they really care for the kids needs !

There is 2 different programs for adult mental health. I give the side where you don't need as much support just a therapist a 5 star. Rachael is awesome. She listens & cares. She's there for you to help you to get better. The other program sucks. Its supose to give you more support & resources & help. The crisis team doesn't call you back. The therapist(roslyn) is ........lets just say she re-traumatized me, selfish, doesn't listen, lies & will throw you under in a heartbeat. You'll want to take you own life. So PLEASE don't go on that program.

I’m so Blessed to have found this place the Therapist I’ve had and have Are beyond Amazing me Team is Raquel, Veronica, Martha and Dr Morales they Really and are helping me a lot I might wait 5to15 minutes but that’s to be Expected at the doctors office I don’t mind the wait because I love the care Thank you All at the Clinic so much

Really the worst clinic ever. Front desk horrible. Can believe it how that clinic has so many bad comments and people can still con to see a Dr. here at this clinicThey are giving a public service is not free at all We as a tax payers are paying they services. But with that attitude not good at all.

I also wish I could give this place a 0. New patient going in , and was told to be there half an hour before my appointment. Fast forward, had to wait 2 hours just to be taken into a room. Will not be returning there for a 2nd appointment.

Would Not Recommend. I Got A Prescription From Here That Constantly Needs Exams For Refills. So, I Go Every Time And Do Everything The Doctor Says For Approval Of Refills At My Pharmacy. But When I Ask My Pharmacy About Needing The Medication Refilled They Say That I No Longer Have Refills. Prior To This I Had 2 Exams With Approval For Refills And Have Been Waiting For The Meds. This Place Is Horrible. They Are Never On Track And Could Care Less About Their Patients.

this mental health “specialist” from Gardner Health services has been harassing me online over weeks, ever since our interaction where she disagreed with me. I gave advice to protect ourselves from toxic people who would influence us if we don’t” disattach” from them. Her following actions of manipulation make me feel worse, taunting me over and over again about she doesnt appreciate me and don’t deserve to be appreciated while liking another bully’s words of hate speech together. I called her out but she turned on me and schemingly sent “you are a bully.” which is false information. honestly I feel drained to have such an encounter with @nia berrios. if it’s mental health she’s specialising in, I pity her patients and the stake of reputation of the company she works for. Recently she subtly insulted me again, provoking me where is my work when I told someone to have a better contrast between their work and the background.

This is a follow up review of Gardner Health Center dental. I have been waiting for an extraction and its going on five months. Its either retaliation for my previous, accurate report on their cooperation with a deceitful and dishonest implant center or this is what they do. It takes forever to get things done and meanwhile your dental health is deteriorating. Really? Over five months to do an extraction? There is not progress. Its abusing the relationship between doctor and patient. This is not new to Gardner. They take advantage of their clientele which is usually those that need dental care the most. Their patients have the highest needs yet that is not the concern of Gardner. Its not their business model. So much for the hippocratic oath. They inflict way more harm and grief than they do good. That is my opinion followed up by YEARS of data and facts.

I didn’t have a problem until I came into the office for my appointment and for once they seem pretty good service you might have to wait for maybe 10 minutes then they call your name. I was seen right away because I have seizures blackout and a VNS implant me no joke seriously sick.

Irresponsible, rude, inconsiderate. If you want someone to take care of you or loved one, this place is a wrong place to go.

The wait time is more than an hour after you check in. This already happened when we have a doctors appointment and covid test. 2 hours max for doctors appointment. Very disappointed.
