food max hours supposed to close at 12. and I got there at 11:30 and the store was closed early.. the guy at the door said they already counted all the money from the registers. WASTED MY TIME. don't go to this store obviously the employees closed the store for there own personal reason . Bad service. They should change the store hours then if that's the case. I needed to get a birthday cake before 12 thinking food max would be open but I was wrong wasted my time and gas

I work right next door. I only come here during my lunch or when I’m off work so I can grab something quick to eat. I normally always go to self-checkout unless I’m given no other option, like in the early mornings, and just the other day I went to grab something to eat and as usual I went to self-checkout. I always thought the people I’ve encountered the few times I’ve been there were really nice. But that day, I had just gotten off work, tired. It was pretty busy, checkout line was long and the self-checkout was pretty occupied too. I didn’t mind waiting though. But this elderly white male, somewhat bald, some white/grey hair on the sides working the self-check out waves me down. I assumed to check me out at the computer. I was going to offer the person behind me to go ahead because I didn’t mind waiting for a self-checkout to free up. Before I could though, someone else was already wrapping up so I take it upon myself to use the self-checkout. As I approach the machine he goes, “You do know I was waving you over, yes you. You didn’t see me? Waving you over so I could check you out? That’s okay you’re here now so.” He said all of this very rudely, very bad mannered too. Look, I’m very empathetic to those that deal with the public. But as someone who also deals with the public, that just wasn’t the way to go about that situation and since then I’ve tried my best to go there minimally now.

I just left the self checkout at about 1005 and the checkout clerk was very condenscending and talked down to me like I was an idiot. She frowned at me the whole time, even though I was polite.Truth be told, I wish they had a " No Stars" category.

This store needs help. There are not enough employees, and the ones that are there have terrible attitudes, especially the older lady at the self checkout. It was cringy to watch her interact with the customers.There are not enough carts, and the produce is not fresh.I left that store feeling anxious because of the bad vibes. I will definitely not return to this location.

I don't think it's ok for a store to say they are open online when looked up n to go there n it be closed for another hour waste of people's time . That's not ok

Got here 11mins before closing. They locked the doors. Was going to run in to grab one item really quick but the guy was like nope. Closed. If that is the case then please list you close at 11:50pm instead.

The cashier man take care self service kiosk on June 30 2023 at 3:30pm was bad. He was talking with his co worker ,and I need help the machine keep saying need attendant. He doesn't care about me. I have to move to another kiosk . Then he yell at me . He ask me go back to the original kiosk and then he talking again. I get stuck in the kiosk. The same problem. I leave without purchase.

Service is bad. My baby has the urgent need to use the restroom but the cashier man with the glasses refused to accommodate it though I know for sure there's restroom in the back

Increasing crowed during the weekend, the selections were more than ever, but more fake homeless, actors and actress waiting outside for money. I think they showed up during spring times to collect money. One homeless cried , but I witness him laugh after the ladies left the parking lots.

I can never find a cart!! While I’m shopping I’ll go to the back of the store and I see carts just sitting around!! the lines is always long,one line and self check out wait which is a 15 minute wait for both!! ???
