I decided to install a new kitchen main faucet, under-sink 3-stage water filter with dedicated drinking water faucet. The filter is connected to a tee off the cold water input. All components ordered separately so I was facing the difficult task of finding the correct hoses and fittings to connect everything together. I knew if I went to Home Depot or Lowe's I would not get expert advise, so I drove to Ferguson Plumbing and Supply with a diagram I drew. It was a good decision, I was helped immediately in a friendly manner and within a few minutes all the correct lines and fittings were selected for me. Everything was correct and the project was completed with no issues. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Ferguson to anyone planning a DIY plumbing project, they have a comprehensive selection of fittings and tools with expert salespeople.

Waited 15 minutes to get help. Try to drop off a broken thermostat as it is listed as offical country drop for thermostat. Clueless employee ask me instead why I was there and show them the website. I don't have my phone on me so I can't show it to them but as an known drop off point, they should know this. Now have to go through the county hazard material - that's more then half hour wasted.

The people are nice but they charge a lot more than anyone else and won't price match. $400 more on a tankless and only because I couldn't wait another day to order it I succumbed to the purchase. I called the manufacturer about it and they are looking into it. Wont be back.

Forget about going to Home Depot or Lowe's for your plumbing needs, go to Ferguson! My mom's water heater broke and I wasted hours going to different Lowes and Home Depot to get help and none of them can help me. Either they sold me the wrong part or just flat out don't know anything. I finally found Ferguson and they immediately know what I need, and they didn't try to sell me anything. That's right! Turns out my water heater is still under warranty and they gave me the phone number to the manufacturer to file a case. I called the manufacturer, got a warranty replacement PO number, went back inside Ferguson and pick up the 400 dollar part and paid only 25 bucks in fees. Great service and knowledgeable staff! A++!
