I have had such a wonderful experience at this shop not only with the work that was done on my car (front end/paint) But the outstanding customer service, feels more like being treated as part of the family.I have had quite the year with my car it's a 2001 Benz so parts are very difficult to find and owning one is also expensive (but worth it), and being as things are expensive in general just living. I was suggested Ed's Scientific by my boyfriend and I was very nervous as my car is like my baby (literally), but I also trusted him in the decision. For which I am soo grateful I did!Jenny which is the wonderful lady that practically runs the entire front end of things. Is very professional, super positive, understanding, and respectful. She emailed and updated me every single day that my car was in shop (the spa as I call it) Jennys smile and wonderful positive attitude plays a very big role on how I felt when I dropped my car for the first time, I felt like I could trust them in that taking of of my car, her assurance was genuine.As for the body shop, wow!! wonderful, absolutely wonderful job everything there was clean and tidy when we came in, where you didn't see a lot scattered things. I knew they were professional as well as organized. When I came to pick my car up after it was done Ed had met us outside and as soon as I seen Silvie (my car) I started crying in absolute joy and happiness! Since I've had her I've never seen her look so good he also went out of his way and painted on areas that needed small touch-ups and waxed and cleaned her before I came to pick Silvie up.Amazingly honest, caring, experienced, hardworking, dedicated shop!! I wish I could give them more than five stars. I will definitely be back for any bodywork I may have in the future and also highly suggest to others if you want to feel like you're taking it to your dad's house to get it worked on that's the place to go!

I took my 2005 Ford Escape to Edgar to see if he could possibly tune up the paint job because of sun exposure over the years.... the clear coat was flaking off and discoloration in the paint was in bad shape. I told him I didn't need it for awhile and to take his time getting it back to me. I picked it up last week...... when I pulled up and saw the car! I couldn't believe it was the same car... it didn't look that good when I bought it new! Oh my God, He not only satisfied me, but went far beyond my expectations, he even detailed the engine compartment and interior.... I am so please, I would like to give him a lot more than 5 stars! Good people, I talked with Edgar and Jenny thru out the process..... did not disappoint! I would recommend him to any of my friends or clients! CLASS ACT! Thank you Edgar! BTW: I drove it all week and people actually walked over and commented on the paint job.... asked me the color......told them to go see Ed's Scientific Auto Body! Dan W.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Ed and Jenny are fantastic. My ID4 came in with serious cosmetic damage all over and they made it look brand new. There was even a problem afterward and they took care of that issue out of pocket no questions asked. 10/10 customer service! I’ll be coming back if I have any issues in the future.

Ed (owner) and Jenny were fantastic . I was referred to this family owned business by my Mechanic (Nick) who is the owner of Mercedes Benz of Silicon Valley, another family owned business. I am beyond happy with the service, professionalism and work that Ed and Jenny gave me and my E350 Mercedes. They took all the scratches and dents that occurred when a biker rammed into my car. My car looks brand new and I would never know that the damage was ever there. The paint matched perfectly and my car was washed and sparkled like a brand new car again. Their pricing was fair and I was treated like I was the only customer they had. Their attention to detail and paperwork, dealing with the insurance company and giving me a ride to and from Enterprise rental car lot was more than I expected. They are the best body shop I have ever been to and are top notch. I highly recommend this business.

Ed's Scientific never fails. We have been taking our vehicles there for body damage for a couple of years and we have been very pleased with their service every time. Jenny, who runs the front office, is a gem! She knows her way around insurance adjusters and payments. We never have to worry what our outcome will be because we know she has it taken care of. I would 100% recommend their business to anyone.

Took my car in a couple months ago sorry I haven't wrote a review I am a busy mom. But I highly recommend going there to repair your they do an excellent work! The owners name is Edgar he explains to you what they're going to do to fix your car they are fast and get their job done quickly! The receptionist is friendly and kind if you need to call them they are quick at responding back.

Ed and Jenny are great to work with. They are easy to communicate with (in person, on the phone or by text). Both are very professional and the price is fair. This is the second time I have had work done by Ed. His shop is clean his workers are friendly. The came within their estimated quote. The car spent an extra day beyond the expected time. But the extra wait was well worth it.

I was perfectly happy with the quality and timeliness of their work right up until the point that Jenny basically accused me of stealing the insurance check. However, even then I was going to roll with it until she gave me attitude about using my car and gas to drop me off at my apartment less than a mile away.It should have been very clear from the beginning that I was clueless to the process. It isn't the body shop's fault that the insurance company issued the checks in my name to two different addresses. However, I didn't cause the damage to my car, I'm not responsible for paying for it and if, as I suspect, the insurance check might be at my post office (although I checked before dropping the car off) I can't get to it without my car unless I inconvenience friends.I completely understand needing to be paid before releasing my vehicle. But I drive a very beautiful and expensive to replace car. I'm sure as H not going to risk losing it or worse for a few thousand in insurance. A better job of communicating in the first place would have avoided a great deal of ill will. Now all I care about is getting my car back and making sure I never give them a dime of my own money.(Final note): Turns out the check was returned to the insurance company. It's all been settled finally and I got my car back today. The owner (who apparently wasn't there the day of the drama) called to apologize profusely and delivered my car in person. He also had it detailed, a service I'd gotten a quote on but couldn't currently afford. I still recommend the company overall. And I'm sure the communication issues have been addressed.Service: Body & Trim
