I had a wonderful experience working with Jorge and the team at Dynasty Jewelers! I had a very particular idea in mind for the engagement ring I wanted made, but only a rough reference image to go from. Jorge worked patiently with me to iterate over multiple designs, source the jewels, and bring my idea to life. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the ring that resulted. Excellent customer service, fair prices, and fast turnaround. I highly recommend!

My fiancé's platinum vintage time in engagement ring was stolen yesterday. I spent 10 hours going from store to store. Trying to find the right ring to no avail. It had to be vintage had to be low. Profile has to be platinum. So today I spent 5 hours going store to store and low and behold. I get to dynasty jewelers and tell them my story show them a picture of the old ring and they dig out the one I have been searching for. The perfect replacement for my fiance's stolen ring. They were very fair on pricing and will have it sized in am. Thank you so much!

Dynasty Jewelers in Oakridge mall has terrible customer service, i walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and the owner Jorge greeted me as he was with a customer (the only other customer at the time). I was then greeted by his wife who said ultimately Jorge would need to complete my transaction. That'a not a big deal but as I was waiting for him two more separate set of customers walked in a solo man and a couple with their dog. At this point Jorge had his jeweler help size the original customer with her item. This freed Jorge I thought he would come over to help me but instead he walked up to the couple with the dog. His wife then started to attend the solo male as Jorge walks up briefly and tells me I'm going to need you to come back because it's too busy. I asked why when the two separate customers had walked in after me. Jorges wife who was nearby helping the solo man says ' they were here before and came back' I was confused considering Jorge seen my struggling with my autistic son as I was there before both customer. I left and took my business elsewhere .

Excellent! Already came here for several ring sizing sans prong tightening. The father and son (?) duo have been great to work with and their pricing is super fair. Most times you can even do same-day services! Do a little shopping while you get your jewelry sized. :) I'm so glad I found them!

Added a bigger stone to my wedding ring but it meant having to adjust the ring which was not easy due to the style and extra bands. I worked with Steven and he was great to work with, understood what I liked and didn't like and he seemed to genuinely care about the outcome. My ring turned out beautiful and I'm super happy with it. I'd highly recommend this place for your jewelry needs!

Highly recommend, 100% of the time you get father or son. You are buying direct and that is so good. Better prices, better quality and great customer service. Went to Dynasty Jewelers on New Years Day. My bf was looking for a cross and we were also looking for a belated Christmas gift for myself. We ended up finding both pieces of jewelry. There was an infinity circle that caught my eye in 14k white gold. We got a great deal on both pieces. Thank you Steve for your great customer service and patience. Happy New Year!

While i was picking up a few items for my wife,I was window shopping too. Because my present band was missing a diamond. I was debating the cost of whether to buy another band or repair the one I have. After talking to Jorge, I decided to add the missing diamond and have them clean it afterwards. The following day, I picked up my band. I was in shock, I could not believe it was the same ring! It was so shiny and the replaced diamond fit perfectly. Highly recommend going to Dynasty Jewelers in the Oakridge Mall.

My wife and I tried 3 to 4 other jewelers for a repair job. This place was the most sincere, knowledgeable, and reasonable jewelers. They did a fantastic job for us. In our community we need more businesses like Dynasty. By the way, I saw these killer hanging earrings for sale. Please do not buy them. I want to get them for my wife this Christmas!!!! 5 stars for this good business!!

Amazing place. Glad I found a trustworthy jewelry shop I can confidently bring my jewelry in for repair. I bought in a pair of vintage Chanel earring for repair. It was fixed on the spot. I didn't get the name of the person who helped me but he was great. I'm glad I came here.

I just left this place and I'm surprised I experienced a similar issue as a previous reviewer with Jorge the owner. I'm really disappointed with the poor customer service I received. I came to get my wedding band repaired because a diamond fell out. I was there with my kids and unfortunately my husband wasn't there with me as I'm sure this experience would have never happened if he was with me. I don't even know if it even matters to mention that we were dressed in active wear because we just came from the gym and I needed stop by there on our way home. The backstory to how the diamond fell out, which explained to Jorge, was that 3 years ago when I went to get my custom wedding band made here, they took out a diamond from my engagement ring to accurately size it so that I could have matching sized diamonds. They placed the diamond back a little different from the other diamonds but I didn't think much of it because I figured it was secure enough. You could see the difference with your eyes without a magnifying device. Now 3 years later when cleaning my ring, that same diamond popped out. No big deal. I came in today to get it repaired and told them I was prepared to pay for the repair. Instead of getting the response "Okay no problem. We can fix it. Here is how much it will be to repair " Jorge got defensive and kept going on and on about how they don't take diamonds out to measure them and was adamant that it didn't happen. Even put my ring on the magnifier and was pointing out all sorts of random things with my ring that had nothing to do with my diamond falling out. I have no reason to lie about what happened but at the end of the day I was prepared to pay and I told him repeatedly I was going to pay because at that point it didn't matter how this happened I just wanted my ring fixed. Then he told me he didn't want to repair it even if I was willing to pay and saying that it won't be perfect and I may not like it because it won't be the same. Pretty much trying to make it seem like I will already have an issue with the repair and treating me like I would be unreasonable. I called my husband right in front of him and explained the situation. Of course my husband was not happy and told me to leave this place and take our business elsewhere since he didn't want to accept our money. When I got off of the phone with my husband, then all of a sudden he tried to change his attitude and said he might not have completely understood the situation and was willing to set up the repair. I said no thank you and left. I have never experienced this ever in my life. To be honest, I didn't really care about the diamond not being placed back "perfectly" the first time since it did last 3 years, I just wanted to get my ring fixed. I just can't believe this happened as if my money is no good. This was definitely a 180 from how he acted when we were buying my custom wedding band. If you visit this place, don't expect to be treated the same way each time you go in. Better off taking your money elsewhere.
