DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I've had issues for several months where my provider says my prescription will be ready on a certain date. Whenever that date comes, the pharmacy ALWAYS says it's on hold until my provider approves it. And when I contact my provider, he says that he approved it when we last spoke, which could be up to three weeks before. And this happens every time, no matter how much I call my provider or call the pharmacy beforehand to make sure it's ready (side note--I have been on hold for over an hour before. The pharmacy never picks up the phone). It's ADHD meds so I'll survive but I imagine if I had diabetes or a heart condition--these issues could have serious consequences! Do not go here.

Apparently passport photo doesn't work on Thursday and maybe some other days. Several other CVS don't do them at all. Can't rely on CVS to take passport photo anymore. Really sad.

My wife attempted to make a purchase yesterday, but they wouldn't honor/process her rewards discount, therefore it was a wasted trip. We won't be returning.

Big thanks to the young lady working this Sunday morning who agreed to take passport pictures of a 1 and 3 year old. Called around and many places said they didn't for that age. I now understand why. It took a while to get acceptable pictures and she was very accommodating. Thank you!

I had the most pleasant experience today, with Ramona and Stephen doing everything they could to make my experience perfect in every way. Thank you!

My CVS pharmacy closed recently so now my prescriptions are being filled at this location. Every time I'm waiting at the pharmacy, the employees are busy filling prescrips but they always make me wait a long time before helping me. If they would at least acknowledge the people waiting, say they will be with you shortly and then help customers. Once I got home with the prescriptions I noticed one that my daughter has never taken one of them and there weren't any instructions and what the prescription was for. I called the pharmacy, which involved more waiting and the first time I called the call was never answered because I was disconnected. I'm very disappointed in this store and their customer service.

SLOW, under staffed, and careless. Spent a half hour standing in line waiting for photos that were supposed to be ready 3 hrs ago. Apparently the "your photos are ready" emails mean nothing. They didn't start printing until i showed up at the store. The clerk then got the order confused and made me wait unnecessarily while she printed someone else's photos. Also had a terrible experience with their pharmacy which sold me the wrong prescription (doctor prescribed 5ml and they sold me 3ml.) I learned the hard way: check your prescription BEFORE you leave the store.

I finally spoke to the pharmacy manager tonight. Her name is Dr. Naomi Harper and she's a j**** She gave me no reason whatsoever why she was making my life more difficult and risky, and just told me coldly and sternly what's what: from now on they will not fill controlled mental health medications until the patient is completely out. Then Dr. Harper set my refill day actually one day *AFTER* the correct fill date, even by her policy, because I made the mistake of bringing in a bottle with one missed dose. So she personally decided I can't have a refill until that's gone too, and let me know that at the counter. This is in contrast to the corporate policy of filling two days in advance. And the whole time she talked down to me like I was somehow asking her to fill radically early or drug seeking. I've been getting the same meds there for years. It's a stable prescription. I just want to live my life with a reasonable schedule. What Dr. Harper's b******* policy means is: A) I can't have plans that day or get sick. I have to go to the pharmacy at the last minute, B) if they have a fulfillment mistake, I will be out of luck, C) I now have to track something to the day while having a disorder that prevents exactly that, and D) If I have any delay at all I have to do all this when I'm a complete basket case because I can't even *START* until the meds run out--and then I'm racing a six hour timer until I'm unmedicated again. She seems to not understand ADHD people usually don't stay medicated all day, and so have a very limited time window in which to handle serious things before becoming less competent to handle them, and so often need additional days to work with. So instead, she takes the most important medication I have been prescribed, the one upon which my life and livelihood largely rest, and makes it available only at last minute. Dr. Harper's ignorant rules have made every single month for the last several months a hyper-anxious race for me, to the effect I've gotten worse in my other issues out of the sheer anxiety. Oh, and the department still didn't answer the phone before I was actually all the way to their parking lot, and this time Dr. Harper answered it personally. So I know for certain it's her perpetuating the new "just let it ring" behavior that was *not* the case with this pharmacy before January when she took it over. She gave me no reason for their "not answering phones" policy either, and was completely unapologetic. But it sure makes her policies worse when I can't even call and ask the fill date, and have to drive in. Makes it even worse still to drive in and have someone talk down to me and throw out arbitrary restrictions that threaten to compromise my treatment. I cannot tell you how upset and disappointed this interaction has made me, but at least I've finally put a name and a face to the horrible treatment this pharmacy has begun to perpetuate. I just hope Dr. Naomi Harper understands she's hurting good people for no reason at all with her bizarrely restrictive policies for renewal.

The pharmacist today was so rude and you can tell she hates her job. They are out of medication all the time. I live across the street and will go somewhere else… literally across the street. The rude service is where draw the line… you can’t be competent to order medication correctly at least be professional.

This store has very polite staff members who are always willing to help and listen to what you are looking for. One Employee even helped me pick out a tie-dye shirt for my tie-dye day at work. When I came back the next day for my booster shot he saw the shirt and asked how the shirt matched with the spirit day we had! I wish I knew his name to shout him out but is my Favorite CVS to go to, They aren't usually busy and makes for faster shopping trips.

The new male manager is extremely unfriendly and rude. I experienced this twice. 1) He was very disrespectful when I went to ring my stuff at the counter, didn't bother to ask if I had a cvs card and was busy interviewing a person on phone all the time (2) I asked for an item that was locked up ( soap) by going to the billing counter. He ignored me and said he was busy billing and didn't even bother to say he will assist soon or which isle I was looking for the item. After 10 minutes he came looking if I was still there. Very very impatient and non customer friendly person. The ladies, specially the older ladies are extremely polite and respectful. Dude please Learn customer service or learn to talk politely and respectfully.
