CVS has been charging me ~$5.50 on a monthly basis for an extended period of time and I just now noticed. Apparently when a person agrees to getting a CBS card, you agree to a monthly fee as well. I should have noticed the monthly charge so it's my fault too, but this feels sleazy. CVS will no longer have my business ever. Shame on them.

Bad service, order prescription badly needed from emergency care MS.Pharmacy told pickup next after 3:pm. On Friday, Called to check the status she said will be ready next Monday. (3 days later)

Store business hours sign states store opens at 8:00AM and store is still closed. I have been waiting since 8 this morning and it is 43 minutes after and store is still not open. Bad business management needs to get on employees for opening when business hours state or this store needs to change its hours because this is false information. Bad customer service never again will I come to this store

Amazing Cashiers I had one named Jessica help me and I can say she’s the best and very helpful she even walked me over to find my item. Great service and it’s been cleaner lately. Nice store

This drug store has always appealed to me, and they have the most knowledgeable pharmacist who provided me with the appropriate prescription for my headache. Thank you so much for taking the time to think about me and for allowing me to stay with you.

Very bad customer service rude rude rude people work there. There was a guy Andy who was very rude and aggressive, not even helpful. I ask CVS managers to hire better and more plite people.

This CVS is the jankiest one I've ever been to. I realize they don't own the shopping center and don't control the exterior, but CVS corporate should have some standards and force the landlord to do some basic cleaning outside. The sidewalk is covered in black splotches of filth, and the windows aren't just grimy, they look like they've been decorated with Halloween spiderwebs only it's for real. I feel bad for the employees that this store feels so "forgotten" by corporate, and it doesn't help the neighborhood either.

We are doing our usual Halloween candy shopping and we that they have Kit Kats. There is nothing about a limit on the sticker so my mom and I grab SIX bags. I mean that's pretty standard to give out candy and use some for Halloween parties. We go to the register and the bags are not scanning at the advertised price. I ask about it and the cashier says no the only ones on sale are a different kind. I literally walk him over to the candy isle which is literally right in front of the register. I show him the tag and show that there are multiple tags up. He then proceeded to point out a miniscule number on the tag talking about how that price was only valid until 10/12. This is TWO whole days after that date. I said well someone here didn't do their job so can you honor the price and he said he would only do two bags. I said fine whatever then I only want two bags. He gets mad that he has to erase the other transaction and start over plus enter the price. The worst part of this whole thing was that he axiswd my mom and I of buying these candies and reselling them at a higher price. I literally cackled in his face and explained to him my family has multiple Halloween parties not that it was any of his business. How about instead of being a rude cashier, you make sure you don't have false advertisements.

What is the whole point of opening for business when the shelves are ALWAYS EMPTY????? I lived right across the street and this CVS sucks! I asked the cashier "r u guys going out of business or something cus the shelves are empty". She said "no, we just haven't order".

I came in on Friday morning and went straight to the makeup section to my disappointment it looked like someone ransacked the place. Stuff everywhere no eyeliner anywhere in any of the makeup lines. Everything was empty like they were going out of business. I give two stars for the one that helped me look in the back stock room for eyeliner. Please stick your makeup selection up.

Please don't go to this store. They will rip you off, i checked to price of the same product, clearasil pads (90ct) is $10.79. Guess what, it's $5.98 at Walmart. For real? why are you so stupid? DOUBLE THE PRICE? MUCH WOW!

Called before I came in and asked if they can do passport photo. They said yes. So I drove straight there only to wait 15 mins while a teller tries to fix the broken photo machine. They never did fix it. So I did all that for nothing.
