We went to 3 CVS pharmacies in the last two days. The Asian lady at the pharmacy here was the only one who not only had a great demeanor but was able to process my purchase smoothly. It's very much appreciated after the two other failed attempts.

This store used to have helpfull staff and was always shocked with great Christmas cards! Not anymore! When I asked staff today,December 2nd 2023 where the musical cards were,she said they haven't unpacked them yet,so come back some other time,which was kind of rude! Going to Target from now on,thinking why are staff at CVS rude to customers when it's a prime location on Lincoln Ave?

I am writing this review to warn others that I got COVID twice coming to this location. I don't know if their air filtration system is broken, but after catching covid there in May (some sick person was picking up their Paxlovid in the pharmacy line in front of me and yes, I was wearing a mask) I was sooo hesitant to set foot in there again last Sunday. But against my best judgement, I went in with a friend who needed to pick up something. This time I wasn't wearing a mask. Sure enough, two days later, body aches, temperature headache. Oh no! Testing positive again.

Understaffed and awful policy to literally close the pharmacy daily for lunch. Super rude staff and I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

Came here to get my prescription and a woman named Allison helped me. She was rude and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Didn’t feel welcomed at all

Got an extremely rude response from the lady who answered the phone. I'd been outside on Lincoln trying to figure out why they would choose to not have the handicapped ramp entrance open to the public. I called and the employee said, "You obviously don't know how to open a door", I told her where I was on Lincoln and she failed to inform me they don't allow customers to enter on that side. Then why have a handicapped ramp? Isn't that illegal? But her attitude was to insult me, then laugh about it when I questioned her rude response. I'll never shop there, plus Walgreens staff are way nicer, more professional, it's way closer to my house and the last thing I need is to be insulted by a CVS store worker when I needed to shop and am handicapped. Unforgivable....

OMG.......look at the photos I postedThe pharmacist is filling prescriptions and opening medications right under all the dirt that is clinging to the ceiling matrix....And....what nastiness is hanging from that sprinkler head....ugh....beyond unsanitary and gross....if this were a restaurant it would be shut down for health code violations. Wish I could give negative stars....

Like many, many CVS locations in the South Bay, this one's pharmacy is chronically, severely understaffed. It seriously takes AT LEAST half an hour on hold before you can talk to a human at the pharmacy. Often it takes over an hour. I don't know if the problem is poor management at the store level, or excessive cost-cutting policies at the corporate level, but the end result is the same. Customers suffer due to unreasonable wait times, constantly. Find a different pharmacy if you want proper customer service.

I just met the rudest store manager at CVS ever! His name is Juan, an average-height Hispanic-looking young male. At first, he came to scold me and I mean SCOLD me for using the chair I pulled from 6 feet away to play scratchers. He said someone may need for vaccines. I told him I would be happy to give it back if anyone needed it. Nobody did. Second, he came to scold me for playing too long and told me to LEAVE because someone was waiting while I still had cash in the machine!!! Say what??? I would be happy to share if I knew someone was waiting and I did when I found out! His demeanor was as if he was managing a jail, not a CVS store! And "managing" was not even the right word, he was processing people and being as rude and short as he could be while doing it. This is absolutely not acceptable, especially from a store manager!!! None of what he said or did was necessary or helped anyone!

This cvs is trash. The worst service ive ever experienced. I call every time before pickup to get confirmation my pickup is ready. Be extremely patient, they will make you wait on the phone up to 45 minutes on hold. Countless times they lied and it wasnt even prepared asking me to wait on the side until it is. Even with txt confirmation from cvs’ own service showing its ready they deny the validity of the txt. They play the blame game and defer to someone else when theres only 3 staff members. If it wasnt so convenient i would definitely go to another location. They need to get their act together.
