CVS has been charging me ~$5.50 on a monthly basis for an extended period of time and I just now noticed. Apparently when a person agrees to getting a CBS card, you agree to a monthly fee as well. I should have noticed the monthly charge so it's my fault too, but this feels sleazy. CVS will no longer have my business ever. Shame on them.

Shelves are often empty, store is dirty outside and has strange folks hanging around it. Feels unsafe.

Went for Covid drive thru testing. My appointment was at 11:30 and I came at 11 just to keep things within the due time. I was the only car and no one was in front or behind me. Still lady at the counter asked me to come back later. Still at their parking lot waiting with absolute no reason. Have never witnessed this at any CVS and am a Caremark member since 8 years now.Terrible place and with someone looks into it!

This place is the worst. I live right next to it and I just don't even understand how it's still open. Aisles will constantly be empty and prices are somehow way more than comparable big chain drug stores. Literally twice the price of stuff you find at Target.

I was a new customer going to use the pharmacy. My doctor was going to send my prescriptions. I called to see if that had happened and to make sure they were sent to the right location. It would have taken 10 seconds to answer my question. I called and someone finally answered then said “there’s one call ahead of you can you hold?” I said “yeah sure” then I was on hold for 48 minutes solid….when my arm fell off my body and I gave up on ever finding out. Like how rude. If they are that busy quickly pick up and tell me it’s a bad time or tell me a better time to call back or take my phone number and call me back, or maybe have a voicemail…wtf I don’t think I wanna have my prescriptions filled here after all. after 25 minutes I was gonna hang up but wanted to tell them what poor service putting people on eternal hold was….with no warning of the length of that hold..then I was shocked when it just continued. Glad I didn’t have any important needs with the pharmacist. Yikes!!!

Very angry. I went in 45 minutes before closing with a basic prescription for antibiotics. I was literally the only person in line. The man tells me "not tonight, it will be ready tomorrow. There is only one pharmacist." What? How long does it take to drop some pills in a bottle for someone who has an infection? Useless. The guy at the counter couldn't even communicate well.

This location has a hard time getting their affairs in order. They have such a huge problem with homeless in the area that the surrounding parking lot is filthy and smells of human waste. The homeless are only the start of their issues, it always seems that their aisles are in disarray and a chore to get through and their cold sections coolers never seem to be working as necessary.

Large low cost wine section (not for connoisseurs), where cheap plonk in quantity is readily available. Convenience foods ( not for foodies) where easy to microwave, tasteless fare is in abundance. Not busy,.so you can shop and be out with your purchases in less than 10 minutes.

If I could less stars I would. I have never left a review of a pharmacy in my life but the management and efficiency at this store are abysmal, which is a compliment. In particular, “Blaire” who appeared to manage the department was passive aggressive and condescending when I only requested a follow up with my doctor(who had called in script twice already). Go to Walgreens. Much more efficient. And to cvs- you need to get rid of the horrible, insensitive and incompetent Blaire. He’s the worst!!! He even pretended not to hear me with a wave of his hand, as if I was nothing!

I usually shop at the one on Bascom which is awesome but I wanted to get some items on sale on my way home from work. But this is the Worst CVS ever. Everything was locked up body wash, lotion, ravors. so I went wandering around the store for about 20 min to find someone to help me and there was no one around except one guy playing on his phone at the check out. I guess there not big on customer service or making sale. When I mentioned to the cashier about my difficulty shopping he just shudded and said there's lots of homelessness people around.

Please take your prescriptions elsewhere. We've had multiple occasions where the pharmacy tells us that they have not received a call from our Dr authorizing the prescription, when we know with 100% certainty that a call and voicemail was made the prior day. The staff are lazy and unintelligent. When we pressed the issue very hard and insisted that they had received a voicemail from our Dr, they magically found the voicemail. Getting your prescription should not be this hard.

I feel bad for the employees here but this pharmacy really has to get it's act together. Location wise it is so convenient but I always have issues here. Meds can take days. This time, all THREE registers were down. I have them transfer my med to another store and that store closes early. That's on me but now I can't transfer it back to this store which is still open and I can't take my med that I need. I will be changing pharmacies from now on because it's not worth the hassle. Management needs to hire more employees and buy better equipment for the employees so they don't have to deal with angry customers.
