I just met the rudest store manager at CVS ever! His name is Juan, an average-height Hispanic-looking young male. At first, he came to scold me and I mean SCOLD me for using the chair I pulled from 6 feet away to play scratchers. He said someone may need for vaccines. I told him I would be happy to give it back if anyone needed it. Nobody did. Second, he came to scold me for playing too long and told me to LEAVE because someone was waiting while I still had cash in the machine!!! Say what??? I would be happy to share if I knew someone was waiting and I did when I found out! His demeanor was as if he was managing a jail, not a CVS store! And "managing" was not even the right word, he was processing people and being as rude and short as he could be while doing it. This is absolutely not acceptable, especially from a store manager!!! None of what he said or did was necessary or helped anyone!

I'm really disappointed in this pharmacy as it really has gone downhill in the last maybe 6-12 months. I have noticed several new faces behind the desk, so perhaps that's it, or some other reason, who knows. Customer service, outrageous wait times, and a general lack of empathy has been my experience the last several times I have gone in to pick up my family's medications. I see based on other recent reviews, that I'm not the only one. I really hope someone with the power to turn it around takes notice because they're going to start loosing a lot of customers.

The pharmacy seems to be perennially understaffed. Waiting times to pick up meds can be 20-30 minutes. I was on the phone with CVS Caremark to try to transfer my prescriptions to mail delivery, and even the Caremark rep (and me) were on hold for over 60 minutes until someone hung up on us. Will definitely transfer any in-person prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy has really gone downhill in the last 3 months. They frequently ignore customers despite the 4-6 people working in the pharmacy. They fail to open the additional register when long lines develop. They frequently run out of important medications and fail to notify customers. Recently, I was told my antidepressants would take 3 days to come in -- only after I'd stood in line for 15 minutes expecting to pick them up. It's not great for someone to be off their meds for 3 days. Thankfully, I was able to call around and find a different CVS that had the medicine in stock. The worst part is that this used to be a phenomenal pharmacy, and some great people still work there. It just feels like the management and customer service fell off a cliff around the start of 2023.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. The wait time is minimum 20 minutes no matter the time of day. Always 10 people in line. I left in tears last night because of the frustration. Always out of medications or an issue with the prescription. A few months ago I showed up to the pharmacy right at opening (8am) thinking I could beat the crowd lol. Joke was on me. The pharmacist showed up 40 minutes after opening due to "car issues". Meanwhile a line built up because the pharmacy couldn't open without her. I literally dread going in to get my medications every month because of the aggravation, lack of customer service, and wait times. It shouldn't be so difficult to get your medication! This pharmacy has gone downhill and I've been going here for years. I've just had enough, that's why I finally took the time to write this review.

I been calling the pharmacy since yesterday to refill some prescriptions and out of the two times that i have called i been ob hold for over 20mins. I hate that they closed on the Alameda.

the service in this store is terrible. I was followed by the store manager Joshua and he took my cart "to hold behind the counter until I was ready to pay." if you want to buy more than a handful of items they will treat you like a criminal. When he took my cart I decided not to buy anymore items. I purchased what he took and I will never return to this store. There idea of "customer service" is atrocious to say the least. Store manager caused the loss of a high paying customer.

Pharmacy is out of control - Doctors that call In prescriptions are deleted from voicemail as they will not accept ph orders. Multiple prescriptions lost on numerous occasions. Reduced 90 day subscriptions to 30 days and blamed it on insurance company when it was their own fault. Phone wait times over 30 min. Only use CVS as a last resort

I used to get great service at the pharmacy, but since October things have gone so downhill! My husband waited for 40 minutes in line for an antibiotic he urgently needs for an infection, only to reach the register and be told that the pharmacy closed 10 minutes earlier and there was nothing they could do until the next day. This is one frustrating story, but I could tell several more just like it from my own experience! Not to mention the stories I swap with other customers who are waiting horribly long waits to get medications they need. Avoid this store at all costs. This is my last visit here....

Unprofessional service from Pharmacist Caroline. Interaction with patient in crisis was not appropriate, nor was Caroline's communication with the provider's office. Would give less than one star.
