For the most part, I had a decent experience here despite the longer than anticipated wait times, but that changed when I came across Janet today. I came in for my pre-employment screenings, specifically my second TB test (or reading I should say since Janet wanted to be condescending about the terminology lol) according to the timeframe they provided me on the paperwork. I went up to the front desk after I waited longer than anticipated asking for an ETA, and Janet told me they do not do TB readings on Thursday's. Understandable, but why would you instruct me to come back on Thursday then? That's a huge mistake on their end. I then informed her that I was instructed by them to come back on Thursday to get it done, she then decides to give me an attitude telling me that there was a difference between a TB test and a reading. Like ok, no need to be rude about it, I'm not a clinician so how would I know. Afterwards I received a call on my phone asking me where I was as the clinical staff in the back were calling my name from there to get this done. I'm sorry, but where is the organization? Do they not normally call patients from the waiting room? I was literally sitting there the entire time. If I hadn't went up to the front asking for an ETA, I don't even know how long I would've ended up waiting due to their miscommunication and mistakes as a whole. I understand that working in a field like this can be extremely demanding and stressful, but if you're gonna be rude to patients that weren't even giving you a hard time in the first place, I suggest you go find another job Janet.

Waited 6 hours for a 1 min preemployment exam and labs. Literally no issue. Be mentally ready to be bored to death.
