Bad customer service!!!!!!
We just came back from a road trip and thinking to get a car wash since the car was dirty with dead bugs. We filled up the gas and paid for the wash, but the machine didn’t print out the receipt. So my partner walked to the store to ask staff for the print out. That staff was so rude and did not want to use the window’s mic at all to help us out because the store & car wash closed at 10pm. We freaking paid for the service and end up with none. If the car wash service end at 10PM, then you need to post a sign stating that at every station!!! False advertising for 24/7!

I normally don't go out of my way to give a bad review but customer service from the attendant Tu was really poor. The car wash malfunctioned for the guy ahead of me and he had come out to fix it. I'm pretty patient and understand so that wasn't the problem but after waiting an addl 10 min or so Tu came out to finally reset it. He needed the code to start the wash for me and asked for my phone number instead? He had broken English which is fine but he was frustrated when it took only a couple tries to give him the right number (it was on the receipt but all the way at the bottom) He asked sarcastically if it was my first time using a car wash. Seems like he has a short fuse and really didn't want to be helpful and work there. I waited an addl 10 min to actually get through the car wash and instead of being apologetic he was rude like he didn't want to do his job. Not the first time having a bad experience and wanted to give this location another try. There are plenty carwashes in San Jose which are cheaper and have better customer service not to mention how expensive gas is on that intersection. I'd only come here if I was desperate otherwise you pretty much lost my business. Not that hard to be courteous to customers that's what you're being paid to do at the least just keep rude comments to yourself

Fix the car wash card reader or put up a big sign saying it's not working. Broken as of 06/06/23. When I went inside to buy a code, the code they gave me didn't work and neither did the second code they provided. Avoid this place!

This is a run down express car wash missing the express experience. You cannot use the debit card machine as its not working, the "signage" that is to explain this, isn't visible. And if you try to call their phone number-it's disconnected. Worse experience.

Ouch! Have been a reg customer for a few years, and noticed just recently that customer service has died a quick death. Went this morning early and got a car wash (this Chevron has a Speedy Car Wash), and the machine itself fell apart during the wash cycle as the entire works was coming back over my truck from behind. Part of the interior metal casing literally just fell off and was being dragged on the LHS of the wash area. Scared the crap out of me and caused a couple of minor scratches to my truck. I went back today to trade info - happily gave them a business card & my DL. When I asked for insurance so I could get the paint fixed, Aparinda the service lady who was on the phone with her boss (owner?) refused to share any pertinent data. !!! She also asked for MY insurance info while refusing to offer me the same, in case it was MY FAULT the machine fall apart. When we went over to the area she said "We just had this fixed!" which I thought was weird, along with the refusal to provide insurance from the station - which might be illegal. I asked a bunch of times and was flatly refused. Second - Speedy Car Wash was listed on Yelp as "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" but strange enough, I was there getting my truck damaged by the carwash. Keeping the carwash open but listing it as closed so no one can leave feedback or reviews looks VERY SUSPICIOUS and leads me to believe this has happened before. So, I edited the Yelp listing back to "open". I also contacted my insurance and will have to deal with them. Surprised that this business is associated with Chevron.

I was here this morning to refuel, and I used a gift card. The refueling machine didn't work, so I went to the cashier and the cashier said that I had ¥23 left in the card. Then, she worked on the computer for a while, and then said this There was no money in the card, and the manager came over and printed out a piece of paper saying that there was no money in the card. Finally, I didn't refuel at this gas station, then I called the chevron gift card center after I left this gas station. The automatic voice told me this gift card balance $23.62. I went to another gas station and added ¥23.62So this place machines are broken and not repaired, and the cashier doesn't know how to operate it.

Extremely rude cashier during the morning shift she said she was the supervisor in California water and air are FREE!!! She charged $2 cause according to her this gas station does not abide by the law shame on her and the owners of this place I am filling out a complaint form with BBB and the state of California DFA

I'll be making an air and water complaint to the Sacramento government office due to it being a rainy day I'm trying to air up my tire and the gas attendant says I have to buy gas to get free air and water that is illegal

I do not recommend at all . If my car ran out of gas I'd rather push it to another gas station than come here . The cashier is so rude .like if you really hate your job than find something else .

I paid 10 bucks for a car wash and no soap came out. I talk to Kiran and he told me I was lying and I got wat I paid for. I ask for the manager # and he refused to give it to me. If I could give them zero stars I would.Don't get cheated then called a lier.

You need to buy a car wash to get a decent price here, but sometimes if my car is filthy and I can't see a long line, I'll go ahead and gas up and get one. Recently, though, when I go to order the car wash at the pump, it tells me I have to go inside to buy it, and of course the gas discount isn't applied. How about no. I've already swiped my card for the gas, I'm not going to cancel the transaction and go wait inside. So whatever, I don't really have a reason to stop here anymore. Not even to swap my propane tanks, as they have eliminated that service.

Today, March 19, 2022, visit the vacuum area to clean out our vehicle. We brought our own trash bag for any debris the vacuum cannot handle. An older man that was wearing a Chevron shirt came out and started storming out shouts and yelling at my wife. Then, he turned to me and tried to quietly talk to me. Very BAD service from this person, we will never come to this location again. EVERYONE, be aware of this bad service. We did NOTHING WRONG, and even hung the hose up that was on the ground when we got there. So much for 'customer service', there was no reason for him to come out blazing and shouting at my wife like that, no respect.
