This place is a total dump and I believe they failed to give me back my credit card when I made a purchase there. I asked for it. And after checking around too the couple places I was I’m positive they just decided to keep my card. I use my Apple Pay all the time so usually don’t even use my cards. Their 1980’s gas pumps would take the card so I had to pay at the clerk. Only reasonable explanation I can think off. Especially after hearing some of the other horrifying stories about this place. Definitely do not go there unless there is truly no where else to go.

Terrible customer service, cashier was yelling at me because I couldn't read his lips through the window. There's no speaker or anything to hear him, he was telling through the box where you put your card or cash for him to slide and receive. I'd recommend going to the Shell across the street.

Pritpal is NOT your pal there. rude. Wouldn't let me purchase a Gatorade bc he didn't want to get up and unlock the drink dispenser. Unbelievable.

Rude and shady customer service. For whatever reason, the guy working didn't let me use my Safeway reward when filing up my gas. When I asked him, he said yes. Then he asked me for my PIN instead of my Safeway reward phone number. Nice try.

I typically prefer Shell gas but if I'm not interested in a long wait at the pump I make my way over to Chevron. Parking is typically easy and doesn't seem to have bumper to bumper traffic whenever I come. Gas may be on the expensive side but avoiding long wait periods and the headache of maneuvering around cars during busy hours is more then enough reason to hit up Chevron.

Recently, I took my vehicle to the gas station for the first time for a water pump replacement. The staff in the gas station were very friendly, did a great job of filling my car with petrol after. They didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote and got it done on time. I was very happy with the experience.

On August 31 I was in this gas station, and the customer service was very poor at 9 pm. They didn't have change, so the manager did not want to give me gas.

This chevron is always clean and prices are usually lower than chevrons down the street. They also have free air/water. Helpful clerk staff as well, never had a problem.

They advertise incorrect prices on Google Maps. Not sure if it's a problem with Google or Chevron, but I'll stay away in the future.

On Saturday July 8, 2017 at 7:25pm, I went to pump gas at the Chevron location. My husband paid $20.00 to the cashier named William, when we proceeded to pump gas, the pump station would not start pumping. Instead it showed as we had finished pumping. My husband proceeded to tell William about the issue but William simply said - "he could not do anything about it, the machine said he pumped already". We kept telling William we never pumped gas, so William grew frustrated that we were insisting and decided to come see for himself. He came inside my vehicle where I was and complimented my car and said - "yeah you don't have much gas, I don't know what is going on with the machine." He also went to our gas tank and stuck his finger around the rim of it and smelled his hand stating - "it smells like gas". I am no expect in pumps but shouldn't a gas tank smell like gas? Because of that "gas smell" smell, William said he could not refund us the money and simply gave us our cash receipt and proceeded to say we pumped 6.5 gallons of gas and that we needed to contact his manager TJ once he is in on Monday. I decided to call the # he gave us so I could leave a message but as it turns out it was the locations business number. So William answered the phone, I decided then to try to reason with him one more time. Again he said he could not refund because it would leave him short on his register, then he mentioned this had happened before to other people but he never found out the outcome was once they spoke with the manager. I became upset because I wanted my money back or at least the 20 worth of gas but he kept saying he couldn't do anything. I asked him that what proof would we have that we would get the money back on Monday and he said that his manager would take his word on Monday, which made no sense as to why he wouldn't take his word on Saturday? Since we were going no where and it felt useless talking to him II decided to stop my conversation with William and contact Corporate and leave them an email as well. When I called Monday, I spoke to a very nice lady and she told it takes 10 business days to get a response. I guess their process is to also contact the Manager at the location so they can investigate but she mentioned that it sounded like a Caliber issue and that the employee should have contacted the "Service Maintenance Dept" so that they can immediately look into it. She mentioned I would be getting my refund back but they need to contact TJ and that they advise I contact him too to let him know the situation and maybe he could just provide the refund. I called the location right after I hung up with Corporate and to my surprise the manager TJ refused to help me stating -"our machines are checked by county, its your car". He was very rude, began talking over me and saying that it has never happened before. I told him that William mentioned it happened a lot but he insisted that it never has. At that point he already had his mind set that I was lying and that it was my car. So I let him know that I talked to Corporate and they in fact were the ones that advised me to call him but that this matter was going to get resolved because they had robbed us $20.00 and they are doing it to others according to William.

Even if they have drinks, they don't sell them. Even if they have a restroom they don't give a key to it. I was their customer. Filling up my tank for 40$ still would not sell me anything

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I KNOW HOW TO GIVE PEOPLE A HEADS UP I TRIED CALLING THE GAS STATION TWICE TO WARN THEM BUT NOBODY PICKED UP!
