Sitting here at the teller for the last 10 minutes while they can’t figure out how to cash my paycheck. The same check I’ve been bringing here for months. No one at this branch knows what they are doing. Don’t come here unless you want a waste of time.

A Chase worker was being racist towards me at this branch. I did not realize that Chase Bank encourages racism and hires racist workers. I have the whole conversation recorded on my phone, and I'm assuming they do to with the bank cameras. but I was discussing the hardships we go through being racially profiled with another customer, who was also a minority. But the bank teller, just started laughing over my voice, and interrupting me while I was discussing the racism and hardships with the other customer. I was upset and started arguing with the teller. She told me to just leave and that she was not being racist and that my problems were not her problem. But she was clearing racist and prejudice. She was an older bank teller Caucasian female with grey long hair. She was extremely rude and was clearly being racist by laughing at the topic of racism. What she did was clearly not right, let alone as a Chase customer service Teller. I'm reporting this branch for racism to the City and I'm going to talk to my attorney.

Very disappointed with Chase bank. Came here to close our safety box. We have money in the bank and been a chase client for years. Now no more. We will close all of our accounts with chase bank. We got charged for the safety box and realized 2 days later and we wanted to cancel it. They made us take all of our stuff out the safety box and then tell us they cant give us a refund. Wasted about 1 hr of our time. I asked for our safety box back. They are trying to eat ur money here. Go to american express with better customer service. Chase has gone downhill.

Great staffHowever, someone needs to address the issue of people having to wait in a long line outside in the summer heat- all this while there is major empty space inside in the air conditioned lobby. If people can’t be accommodated in the lobby than I’m sure the bank could afford some temporary canopies. Seems like this should be an easy solution- di something about this!!!
