Viren Shah helped us purchase our beautiful engagement ring. He is very hospitality, friendly, and professional. My wife is picky but Viren is patient with us everytime. We are satisfied with his customer service. We love our ring so much because the center diamond stone is very beautiful, elegant, and sparkle. My wife got a lot of complements when she wears it. Also the manager, Valeria, showed us more information to find the best diamond stone with Hearts and Arrows. We really appreciate and definitely will recommend Blue Nile to our friends and family. We arrived excited to purchase an engagement ring, but the staff barely acknowledged us even after 15 minutes. When we finally got their attention, they asked us to wait. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I gladly would. They created an environment where I was hesitant to ask questions or request for rings to try on. They were not welcoming and extremely unprofessional. I went there with the intention of purchasing but changed my mind after being treated this way. Will never purchase anything, especially engagement rings from Blue Nile.

Definitely very nice staff helping buy a pair of distinctive diamond earrings. Not much of a selection in the store. Be aware that, in spite of what the agent says on the phone, the models shown as 'part of the collection' of the store do not actually exist on site. I would have liked to compare more models, and perhaps even gemstones, but the process for doing that may be more difficult. I understood one has to keep ordering and returning pieces in order to compare several models. Is it expected that you would buy a piece without seeing it irl? Hence 4 stars. They need a better process to show the jewelry the client is interested in. I think, since people are interested more in the shape, actual size, and personal fit the store could use some fakes combined with immersive reality video. This is not the fault of the staff, which is friendly and helpful, but a matter of store policies.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at Blue Nile. We were looking at engagement rings and Valeria did such an amazing job helping us. We really felt the overall service was much better here compared to other jewelry stores we visited. My girlfriend fell in love with the first setting Valeria brought out. Can't get much better than that! I definitely recommend this place for engagement rings.

I had an excellent experience purchasing fine jewelry from Blue Nile at Westfield Valley Fair Mall. I especially appreciated working with Virendra Shah who helped me from the first time I stepped foot in the showroom. Virendra was very helpful, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me, helping me after hours, on his days off, and even coming into the showroom before his shift to accommodate me with my purchase.
He was very patient in helping me, offering me several options to consider, as it can be a bit confusing and overwhelming when purchasing fine jewelry. I could not ask for a better purchasing experience. I am waiting for my order to arrive, but am certain it will be just as beautiful as I expect.
All of the other staff I met were very friendly and professional as well.....thank you!
