For what it is, we are delighted. Basic monthly, go as much as you want, and no tipping allowed. The workers are all friendly and do a great job. Now that the vacuums are working again, even better. I had the car fully detailed, inside and out, once, and it was great!

Signed up for a trial pass. After the two months trial period they charge me $30 instead of the $20 on my agreement. There is no way to cancel the membership online and their phone line sends you to voicemail everytime. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.
*Edit; owner won't return phone calls but will reply to google reviews within 45 minutes; absolutely ridiculous.

I got the monthly at 12.99 then I was told lies everytime I went. Everytime I show up I get told the price is going up, 12.99 then 19.99, the. 29.99 and now 39.99. It's ridiculous. Also they always trying to up sale me by trying to be slick.

This place is great. Everyone is friendly, and the overall experience is fast and gets the job done. My only gripe is, I am a member, and I don't like being asked every visit if I want a vacuum. I just want to go in and out. That is the whole point of a membership.

I have no complaints about the hardworking staff and the overall service. However, I have a few suggestions that could enhance the already excellent service provided.
I understand that automatic car washes come with some risk of damage, and I accept this when I choose to use your facility. However, there have been instances where visible damage was not communicated to me by the staff:
On one occasion, the car wash ripped off the rubber tube on the top of my car. I noticed it hanging after I pulled out of the facility. I believe it was in clear sight of the last two employees who wipe the mirrors and the behind of the car. It was not that big-a-deal for me.
Another time, my license plate was left hanging by one screw. The employees wipe that area with rags, so there is no way it was unnoticed. Fortunately, someone honked before driving no too far and I knew of it, but it could have resulted in a ticket or additional costs and time at DMV.
I would appreciate it if the employees could inform me of any visible damage so I can address it immediately and not worry about the condition of my car after the wash.

Don’t patronize this establishment via a membership. They won’t recognize a cencelatuon. I got a confirmation but they still charge my card.

Despite all the negative reviews. I went to this place today. The guy at the new membership took his time to explain to me what I'm getting into. I got a $1/month for the first month, $12.99 for the 2nd and 3rd month, and $19.99/month afterwards. The serivce offering and explanation are crystal clear. This service is for unlimited exterior wash and imho a cheap service, if not the cheapest in this area. All my questions and concerns were answered in a very respectful way. Please keep up this great service and ignore the negative reviews. I was also given a free 4-pass free to give to my friends. Seriously, even without the first 3 months discounts, the $19.99/month unlimited carwash is already cheap. What more can you ask for?

SCAM… do not wash you car there, they APPLY MONTHY CHARGE $19.99 to your CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION
I went to this car wash once and I used my credit card for payment. They noted my credit card number and applied $19.99 to my credit card every month.
I noticed it after 6 months. I went to the car was . The girl in the front door answered me and she said she is just working there and gave a number to call.
I went home and called the number. The guy acted like he did not know what happened and told me , it probably was a mistake . He told me he tried to refund and it is not going through and asked me to call credit card company.
This happened for many other. DO NOT GO THERE ….!!!!

Interesting situation took place a few minutes ago. I pulled up to the carwash and as I was pulling in to get gas and use my monthly subscription i received a business phone call and I pulled over right beyond the entrance to answer my call. After about 10min JUVENTINO GIL apparently a manager, told me to leave. I had just finished my call and I rolled down my window and said sorry I had to answer this important call but I am here to get gas and a wash and he said you can't park there since this is a place of business and not a place to take phone calls. I explained that I am not in anyone's way and that I am a monthly member so he should not be so rude and tell me to leave since I was getting ready to get gas and my wash. He reiterated that I can't park there and I need to leave. Really ??? He calls him self a manager?? I told him to cancel my monthly membership immediately since he was extremely rude and I will make sure my other 3 family members do the same and we will avoid this place like the plague. This place prides itself in great customer service?? well I think this guy provided the worst customer service in history .AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST.

Today I went to wash my truck as always after washing it I like to dry it better since those who dry it there just give it a pass and a worker comes telling me that I can't dry my truck there and I told him why not if I'm paying are the rules there should be a place for us to dry our vehicles better membership canceled thanks

Friendly service. Car wash it’s cool car don’t come out dripping wet so that’s good. Price is reasonable especially the membership
