I have a particular pet peeve for businesses that close during random hours of the day without any explanation. I was at BevMo at 5 o’clock in the afternoon on a Monday and the place was closed and there was only a handwritten note on the window saying they’ll be back in whatever time. A big company like this should be able to time their repair work or whatever is going on to be happen either while the store is open or do it during their mom hours when they’re closed. I took a trip particular to get there and it is a major inconvenience to find a store closed

I picked up go puff orders around 1pm Wednesday. the cashier lady was rude. There were some items that were missing and I was not informed about that. I realized some items were missing when I got to the car. I have done go puff pick ups without any issues and this is my first bad experience

Thank you so much to Jerry and Cornel the manager!! I came in last week to buy an anniversary wine for my wife and they both helped me out!! They spent the time to ask me a couple questions and found the perfect wine!

They require they scan your ID into a database to buy anything. Why can't I just show it? What are they doing with all this information?Plenty of other alternatives that have more respect for your privacy.
