This is in a large space and many items are available. Pretty easy set up and things are usually in designated areas. Large space so grocery items such a frozen pizza ects. are offered as well!

Bevmo is awesone but this location was staff who are lost in space. 1 staff member was helping one customer check out and 2 other staff members were just standing there watching her, for 5 min, while all of us in line were looking at each other wondering if these guys just hang out or perhaps live here?Then it took 3 staff members 20 min to just hunt down the specific bottle I found online.

Edit. BevMo fixed the issue. So review adjusted to 5 starsPoor online order experience with this location. Ordered two items, one much higher value than the other, both showed as in stock per Bevmo. Added a 15% tip for the driver. BevMo messaged to say the high price item was not in stock after and would be refunded, but offered no option to substitute or cancel the order. They ended up delivering just the low price item but did not adjust the tip amount to reflect the refund for the non-delivered higher priced item , so the effective tip on this order was more than 50%. Contacted customer service, have had no response. So one star;

Date: Wednesday, December 13th, 2023 How: Instacart Delivery Placed Order at: 9:59am for delivery between 12pm and 3pm Received Order at: 12:13pm I only got one thing. A Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky, Blended Malt, The Original, Batch 27 (1.75 L) for $65.99. Original price was $81.99, so I guess it was on sale. Was charged a bag fee of $0.10 even tho I never got a bag. Weird. With Sales Tax being $6.19, Tip at $9.90, Service Fee at $3.50, and Credit/Discount Applied at -$22.00, my Total ended up being $63.68. And with the Sapphire Reserve credit of $15, the grand total ends up being $48.68. Not bad for a 1.75L of scotch. (I do have Instacart+ for free courtesy of a CC, so it cuts down on service fees. Also, if you are not in a hurry to get anything and can do a later window, you can save an additional $2, which is what I did here.) I did check the Bevmo website to see if prices on Instacart were higher and they were not, so it's worth it to get it delivered if Instacart is having a promo. The bottle would have been $65.99 +tax if I went in person, so I shaved some time and gas! Tho if you have a bevmo account, you would have likely gotten like a $10 coupon. Definitely worth it thru Instacart if they are having a promo. And even better in conjunction with a chase sapphire promo.

BevMo is a good company, but this location has severe shortage of personnel on the floor or behind the register. There have now been multiple times I've gone in and they have no one to help with the cabinets and only one person for the registers during a busy Christmas and pre New Years traffic. Let's just say I placed the items back and found a liquor store that I was willing to pay a little more just so I can get in and out. I'll drive a little and shop at Total Wine going forward.

Without the adjustment, the effective tip on this order was more than 50% - something Bevmo decided for me by offering no substitution or cancellation opportunity. Contacted customer service for help, have had no response. So one star.

Aisles are small and can't make your way through with the over-wide carts. Shelves were empty and not much of a variety. Prices were more than th local grocery stores. It was not a pleasant shopping experience. Purchases were minimal. I went in for a gift card and clerks were very helpful and attentive.

1 star! I had a pickup order placed online. I waited for over 30 minutes at the curbside after a dismissive first phone call and a rude response during the second call when they answered. Despite my extended wait and the unpleasant phone interactions, the employee handed me my order without acknowledging the delay or the previous unpleasant communication. To my dismay, I found the bottle was cracked at the bottom, spilling Tequila everywhere.When my friend approached another employee to exchange the damaged bottle, they were unhelpful and asked, "What do you want me to do with this?" I requested to speak with the manager, and she responded similarly. She refused to look up my order using the provided order number, insisting it wasn't broken until I pointed out the crack. As I left, she added insult to injury by saying, "Make sure I don't set it down too hard," seemingly trying to provoke a reaction. This experience was highly unprofessional, disorganized, and marked by rudeness.BevMo, I implore you to be selective and thoughtful in your staff promotions and hiring decisions. Individuals like her should not be the face of your business and service. Perhaps consider assigning her to a role that doesn't involve direct customer interaction. To be frank, she comes across as an unwelcoming individual, and no customer should have to endure such an experience.Photos taken inside the store were captured during my previous visit.
