They do their best - after COVID lockdown and partial shift coverage the store is struggling to get enough attendants to help walk ins locate items. I’ve ordered items online and locked up curbside with some ease, although the website and store inventory doesn’t match reality - multiple times on-site I’ve experienced poor match up to what is claimed to be on shelves and what actually is in stock. No judgement for the employees but more scrutiny to the lack of good training of use of tools to keep inventory correctly tracked. A weird place we as consumers live through as technology and end users catch up to matching excellent customer service - hence 3 stars.

Disappointing when it comes to customer service. This place has some useful electronics but the worst service staff who are disinterested in providing any quality service to customers. I ended up buying a prepaid card here and was left feeling like i had to serve myself to everything

I enjoy the experience of walking into an electronics store and buy stuff.Got a nice Dell gaming laptop for a nephew. Great customer service. I appreciate the efforts by the sales associate (and appreciate the management in providing professional training!)??

I usually come for all my technological and gadget needs at this best buy, normally I have a good experience. Everyone is nice, except for today. I went to the second floor where I found the employee by the name of Van, at first he was nice, asking if I needed help, I was looking into getting an air purifier as part of the daily deals, but first I had some questions. This employee just said oh I think it might be in the back, then he disappeared and came back 5 minutes later with the filter. I was confused as I did not request him to bring it right away. I was just like ok, so he just started scanning but always seemed like robotic, like he was not eager to help, but rather just ready to make a sale. I get it that’s the business, but no one buys something without knowing what they’re getting into. I said I will use my moms phone number, since the total tech membership is under her name, something is nice. Then he just says the final price and I was like I think there might be a reward, he didn’t explain anything he just said no, i tried telling him that we just bought an iPad and there might be one, since we used the Best Buy card, and again he is like no, you have to wait 15 days. Well if I didn’t try to explain he wouldn’t have said anything. I decided not to escalate anything, I just made an excuse to cancel the transaction and not deal with this employee any longer. He was just robotic, pushy and not willing to explain something that I am naive about. Kind of disappointed as I left without my purchase, maybe perhaps will look for a further Best Buy

BEST BUY "IS" the place to go for all your Electronic needs. Especially for TV'S! If you have questions about anything, their employees are well trained. Most are very Courteous (but there's always an Apple in every barrel).

Placed a order for a graphic card for my PC within 1hr item was ready for pick up. Arrived at best buy and staff was friendly besides the employee standing at the front just awkwardly staring and not asking if he can help me in anyway. Pick up process was fast and convenient.

Wanted to give a shout out to Henry for giving me some direction and advice for getting a headset for my ps4. I have recently bought a ps4 (late, i know) and was looking for a headset that i would be able to use for gaming with friends and my nephews. After a few mins of doing research between different brands a la Google, I ended up finding a pair to see if i could price match. Luckily, i met Henry at the geek squad and he walked me over to the headphones section and we had a full on discussion on the complete differences between each and gave me distinct value on what I would essentially be hearing. I ended up picking the Arctis 3 gaming steel series headset and have been enjoying it until this day! Thanks a lot Henry! 5 stars for the 5 star!

This is a decent Best Buy in a great location. It has always taken very good care of me and supplied my needs. Be sure to stop by and soak in the surrounding area. It's in between Santana Row and Valley Fair. This is a two story location so it has plenty to offer.

I'm not sure why they don't have a Facebook Portal, Rayban Stories & Samsung appliances kiosks unlike the Blossom Hill.They have bigger Magnolia rooms here though.

This is the second time I have driven all the way from the east side to this store. After comparing the other three stores, this store provides the best service. I received a great service and a great deal when I shopped there. They looked for a deal and gave me an explanation of each deal.

I was able to get in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes, one of the staff members helped me find everything I needed, he went out of his way to find an item he believed was sold out at the moment! It was a pretty pleasant experience.

Everyone we worked with was wonderful. Sarah McFadden from Pacific Sales was very knowledgeable, made sure we got the information we needed to make a decision and got us a great deal on our built-in oven. The crew that came out to install it were also great. They were polite, spent time making sure we were happy with the placement and understood how to operate it. We also are buying a TV and found everyone we worked with in that department very knowledgeable and again, got a great price. Thanks to all who helped us.
