Awesome branch and great people. Manager is caring and employees are excellent. I dealt with Heeva Parsi while opening my business credit card account, the amount of attention is beyond expectations! Parking is great too. Clean interior. Just pleasant to be there.

They make you feel like a customer. It's obvious but not enough felt when visiting a bank or a doctor office

I forgot to activate my debit I got a long time ago, then I came here and Mohamed at the counter solved my problem very well. He's professional and helpful. It was a good experience.

The customer service here is phenomenal. The team greets you when you walk in, they remembered their customers names and generally make you feel valued for doing business with them. Thank you Carlos and Liz, keep up the great work!

I used to work for Bank of the West (over 6 years) in the 90's & have been a banking customer for over 29 years. However, in December 2017, my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer and I had to get a POA (Power of Attorney) thru an Elder law attorney to take over his financial affairs. My sister is listed as an additional signer as a back up. We set up the POA account in January (@ Morgan Hill Branch who were very helpful) and their legal division reviewed & approved our Power of Attorney documents (which was forwarded to the Steven's Creek branch where My father has the account). All seemed fine except just this week, we got a call from the Steven's Creek Bank manager who said their BSA department (who Handles illegal money transfers & international activity) claimed they wanted to remove me off the account. I told her that would be ILLEGAL since I'm named on the POA & their own Legal department approved the POA documents. My question is since when does another division of the Bank accuse customers of abuse without proof? Also the branch manager tried to get my Sister & Father(who's incapable of making decisions) to remove me from his account !! My sister told them that I'm handling my father's bills & she had no intention of removing me from the account. I'm ex Law Enforcement & I know my legal responsibilities as POA. I can justify all the checks written in behalf of my Father toward his bills & expenses. I'm outraged that this Branch manager didn't review our file before making phone calls accusing me of misusing my Father's account. What has happened to common sense, diplomacy and respect? If it wasn't such a hassle, I would transfer my father's account to the Morgan Hill branch who main focus is good Customer service. Stevens creek branch needs to get a clue !! PO'ed customer

This place is the worst bank I've ever seen, there is a Indian manager lady with bad attitude who apparently always makes all staff nervous, I've come this brand couple of times and had a very bad experience Watch for the manager lady, she is very rude

the parking lot is used for vegabonds and drug junkies as a permanent home. Why don't you do the neighborhood a favor and clean it up. Stop making excuses, you are only making the neighborhood a diseased area...do your part. Since Bank of West don't give a s*** about the neighborhood you do business in, I went extra mile. If what you told to me is untrue, I will be seeing you (guess where).

After much research, I decided to do my banking with Bank of the West. They have the most FRIENDLY staff there who are always willing to help in any which way they can. The tellers remembered me after just going in a few times and the branch manager and customer service manager always greet me. No one ever hesitates to say hello and ask how I am doing. I was very impressed. If I ever have issues with my account, I only have to dial my branch's number to get to a live person who knows me and my account. They do not give their cusotmers a number in which a live person does not pick up. If you are looking for a bank, this is your stop...believe, I have looked around.
