Its not Bank of the West any more they changed their name to BMO. No it sure if it's still ownd by the National Paris Bank

Bank workers are very nice. They called me when they found abnormal transactions in my account. I’m so appreciative.

Once you know the hang of it: You have to park behind the bank and walk around to the right (when you’re facing the back of the bank) and keep going all the way around to the front of the bank and then you will see the ATM machine tucked into the left front corner of Bank.
