I went to the place and it was on the 2nd floor. I had an operation on my foot so I was using crutches. After doing my business there they offered to ocompany me back to my car to make sure I made it back safe because it was raining. The owner closed his store to help me. Very grateful Thank you! Will definitely visit back. Happy Holidays!

Ok this place is definitely the only place your should take your phone . There's tons of reasons why I love the service there but the number one reason is he's not lazy he takes your phone and immediately starts resolving the problem. Sometimes I want to tip the guy because his prices are way below market for mainly all cell phone cpu mac related and in most cases u take a seat and he repairs your device right in front of you . And that's just great because we all have private information etc. And some places where you come back in a week have been known for unethical behavior with their customers privacy.

⚠️Came in for quick 10 minute help and advice when I left I noticed my nfc contact less payment was turned on and about 15 random apps that don't exist in the Google play store are installed on my phone. What a sketchy situation. About to change my cards this guy did or tried to steal my info and install apps that track my passwords and information!!! Don't go here

This madness is the worst to work with. He messed up 2 of my phones. When I took them into Apple they said they verified that there was no water or physical damage and the only reason it stopped working was because of the repair he did and the cheap Aftermarket Chinese part he used. When I tried to get him to make things right he started yelling at me and threatening to call the police in front of my child and refused to fix it

Gets it done. Dropped by after calling and hanging up. Realized I didn't have the tablet I needed the screen replaced for in my hand so I couldn't give model#, so I hung up. Got a txt back apologizing for missing my call. Explained what needed. Dropped off and four hours later picked up. Did this on the weekend. Parking lot ehh, stairs ehh. Easy to find tho.
