I have a secret spot for all my car troubles. It's not like I'm clueless about cars, I mean, I changed my own spark plugs once. But sometimes I need a little help from the experts. That's why I go to this place. The guys there are super nice and helpful. They always point me to the right products and even check if they fit my car.

Stopped in at this location to swap out a battery on my car. Jesus greeted me promptly as I walked in. He assisted me with removing my old battery and offered me tools to borrow so that I could install the new one. Very helpful. I was in and out quickly.

I went to three different AutoZone spots on the same day and can say that this location was by far the most welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. Josue and the manager, Luis assisted me and addressed my concerns immediately and with compassion. Josue went above and beyond to ensure by battery transfer was successful and sustainable, treating my vehicle as though it were his own. I'll be back! But hopefully not soon ;)

I placed a mobile order and when I got to the store (45 minutes later) the order wasn’t ready and the item wasn’t in stock. I was able to get a refund a purchase a different brand.

In stores a customer service is great, unfortunately when you call in the customer service is trash , you're on hold forever and I guarantee you there's only like two people in the whole store.

This place is very unserious. Apparently management only schedules one person in the evenings since they have self checkout now. It’s makes it hard to get anything done for the sole person working there. I was locked in the store for like 15 minutes while the guy went to check for my part in the back. If I wanted to be locked up I would go back to Elmwood

Got here late with a corroded battery that wouldn't start. Wendy and Joseph were so helpful, they went out of their way in helping me to get my issues fixed. They even stayed late to help me install the battery to make sure I could get to work tomorrow. I felt so bad for keeping them late but they were so helpful, their kindness was so appreciated! Thank you both so much!

Worst Place I ever been, there was a Employee that They supposed are there to Help Costumers, I went there Today to buy some parts, the Guy told me Take a Picture a the Computer monitor he showed me at the Screen the Parts I was looking for, and Told me, go a there and get it.I spend time looking the Parts with no Results, I end up getting out of the Store, to go to Walmart.

Bought 3 items online to be picked up. Decided to cancel the order, without picking it up. It has been three days since cancelling and no refund has been posted to my bank account. Called them up to find out what the delay is. Was informed that "corporate" has a policy for delaying refunds 3-5 days. It would've been better if I had just gone down there and bought it at the counter. I've used the same bank card as I used previously for other in-store purchases and always recieved an immediate refund on returns. Ridiculous. Also like to note during some past transactions at this location I've run into employees who seem to enjoy giving me bad customer service. This is part of the reason I ordered the items online so that I could bypass the harassment. Frankly I will inconvenience myself next time and drive a little further to a different store.
