Do not use this business with this horrible business. They stole laptops, ipads, $500 lamps from our desks after they moved us. DO not use them. You have been warned how bad they are. You take the risk of losing all your property. Once they see an open crate they will search it for anything valuable. Do not use them. They will not reimburse you without a fight.

NO SHOW!!! I took vacation time off of work to be there for my estimate and made THREE phone calls to find out where they were and no one could tell me! In fact they told me that I could call back and re-schedule! I WILL NOT CHASE YOU!! If they can "ghost" like this, how the heck would I trust them with all of my belongings to move out of state! They just lost my business!

I played a lot of email/phone tag trying to get through to them to schedule a estimate. While their voice mails DID say their trucks were scheduled all through June/July, they did finally call me even though I had indicated I would like to try to move by end of July. However once I told the person on the phone that I had a small house and that I would likely be a partial load, they put me on hold and came back to say that they didn't have trucks that could service my location. Not my move out location but my MOVE TO location which is a major metropolitan city in the southwest. A city of over a million people. I believe this was untrue and that they just didn't want to deal w/ a partial load. Honesty would have been nice. Not great customer service!
