Thank you to the staff at Action Urgent Care for helping me. I received wonderful care from Vy and Hiwot at the front desk as well as from Nga, the provider. They were very attentive with figuring out my insurance information and quickly helped me with my health issues.

I have been visiting Action urgent care since 2014. Satisfied with all the doctors I have visited. The staff is very efficient and thanks Hiwot ka for guiding me through the App. App needs more accessible sometimes it doesn’t work.

Swung by late night for a quick walk in at 8:50 (I know im sorry) and the front office person was especially friendly even though they close at 9. The doctor who treated me was happy to help too. Thank you Austin and the doctor for your outstanding care and service!

Went in for a finger injury. I spent more time waiting for someone in the exam room than I did speaking with someone. On top of that, the physician only saw me for 2 minutes most of the time was spent talking to a medical assistant filling out an iPad.Waste of a copay.

Very good staff. I had two visits. Medical assistants Nabeel and I don’t remember other guys name, but it was a young, asian guy in glasses were very talkative and friendly. Then doctors are very informative and provided all information how to deal with issue of mine. I had a good experience

Came to the clinic I think around a week or two ago with a cold and sore throat. Wait time was amazing considering there were so many patients they had to handle. I had all my concerns handled by the lovely physician assistant Nga and the medical assistant Nabeel.

Do Not Go Here. I had the worst experience. They tried to charge $225 even though my insurance confirmed it should only be $20. They took my blood, sent me home. Called me when I got home and said they didn’t take enough blood, come back. Came back and they did this to my other arm. Then they rescheduled my video follow up for blood results twice, communicated the time in EST and then didn’t show up and said the time was wrong. Then tried to charge me for another appointment just to receive my bloodwork results. This place is just the worst. So unprofessional.

came in yesterday and was promptly seated. They are quite fast here and it is a much better experience than other places. Special thanks to the provider Nga and medical assistant Austin for all of the help yesterday!!

Clinic looks more outdated compared to others in the area but the staff at this location are more attentive which I appreciate. I tried to schedule a same day appointment. Austin at the front desk was very patient in helping me with my walk in, answered all my questions. The provider was quick and brief but no complaints here.

Hiwot and Ryan made our visit quick and easy! We came here after a different urgent care was closed. We were greeted by Hiwot and she was very patient with us while also taking care of 3 other families. She even went out of her way to help us locate a 24 hour pharmacy since we were being seen after 6pm when many pharmacies are closed. My sibling is known to have "bad veins" and nurses and medics have always had a difficult time drawing blood. However, Ryan was able to get it pretty fast! Ryan was kind to us and was able to answer our last few questions we had after the doctor stepped out. The doctor prescribed my sibling muscle relaxer and pain meds for his back pain and it kicked him right back into shape! We came back the next day for his follow up appointment, and he had much more mobility thanks to this team. The doctor sent over her findings via the app immediately which we really appreciated!
