I only took away a star because after coming here for about ten years, my family experienced what we feel was a tough of racism from a lady there named Maria. She went out of here way to watch my boys fill their bottles for football practice when she had customers in line and at her counter waiting to be helped. She then told my boys as they were walking out, to come pay for there drinks, a customer said I'll pay for it and my 18 year old said, it's okay man we already paid. They had paid BEFORE filling their bottles like they ALWAYS do and she was right next to the cashier that helped them. She made my 15 year old AND my 18 year old feel very uncomfortable and that was the ONLY time we have experienced that there. Who does she think she is?? On A BRIGHTER note, JOHNNY, I cannot say enough about this young man!! He is ALWAYS smiling, he's super polite, he's well mannered, always best and clean, always engaging with the customers, everyone knows and loves him!! He's very helpful, and he cares about people, he is genuine, such A JUNE soul!! My whole family loves Johnny!!!! He is so good, we would travel to THAT AMPM because the service and the conversation is so friendly and welcoming!! WE LOVE YOU JOHNNY!! Now, I called to speak on behalf of Johnny because he needs to be a manager or something, also called to complain about Maria, and I spoke with the owner Dipa, she was a sweetheart and I like that she seemed very concerned when I expressed my feelings on the situation. That is the kind of owner that SHOULD be in charge because I believe she really cares about her customers and keeping them happy. Thank you Dipa!!!! 5 STARS OTHER THAN FOR MARIA. Wait, there's a young lady that works usually mornings there, she had like a purple cellophane in her hair, usually wears a ponytail, I will update with her name, she is adorable, very nice, friendly, and welcoming, her and Johnny are a great morning team!! Too bad we can't have them all day long!!

I come here to get gas. It's ok. The cashiers are generally courteous. The problem there is all the derelicts that hang around the store. I suppose it's a full blown epidemic. It makes me want to vomit.

My husband and I visited this location this morning. When we first arrived there was no parking available so he parked next to the handicap spot by the door so I could run in and get something to drink. As I was in line to check out the female employee instructed the Male employee (tall white Male, shaved head with tattoos) to ask my husband to move as the reflection from the window was bothering her. The male employee was incredibly rude telling my husband to move and just yelling BYE at him. I set my items on the counter and walked out so we could leave. As I approached the vehicle the Male employee proceeds to start running his mouth cussing at my husband and making fat jokes. This was absolutely unacceptable customer service. I will be contacting corporate Monday morning.

Came in for gas here today. I was very thankful that they allowed me to use the restroom. Gas is cheaper here than at some of the Arco's down a few blocks. Service was fast and efficient. Kudos for having actual water and soap in the window cleaning thingy outside. Normally gas stations do not keep them in good condition. My car windows appreciated the love. Thanks Arco!

While shopping they kicked me out to "close for five minutes." The manager could have let me pay for my items. I won't be returning here for any business

Been a long trial and error thing with this place. For the last 9 years I have spent considerable money in this valley, much of it as gas stations/convenience marts. This joint, for years, would pull this "Oh, you can't get gas right now, because it's shift change, so we'll be 15 to 45 minutes down, piss off." Finally the management changed, and for a month or two, I can't be sure how long, (AM/PM being used only if I was passing by and needed to top off, or needed something from the convenience mart) the new folks were customer oriented, hard working, dressed right, but lo and behold, the old behaviors returned. See, if I stop there for gas, I want to gas up and get going. If I walk in too, I want to get in and back out, quick and easy, and pleasantly. It's not a social freaking gathering. And on their end, they ought to be eager to get you in and out fast and courteously, You bring them money,. monety means sales, sales mean wages, wages means you eat, the more customers you serve quickly (and up-sell, a foreign concept to these stained tooth buffoons) and politely, the more customers, and sales, you can have. Blocking the pumps? Get them out quick, problem solved.. However, this is not the case for this joint. I was there at 7:37 today, with groceries inclding frozen stuff getting warm fast in the nearly 100 degree heat. I pop my debit card in, do my thing so I can top off, the screen blanks out for about 2 minutes, then it says "see cashier," Now I gotta trudge in, when, realistically, I ought to be driving out by now, I only needed maybe 4 gallons. So in I go. The little squirt, who's teeth looks like he's been eating wet dog p**** ignores us for a bit, too busy brushing imaginary crumbs off the counter or something, finally acknowledges us. "What do you want." How...friendly... "I just want to top off my tank" "No no, you have to tell me how much gas you want." At this point this place has costed me more time than I am willing to give, I'm not going to play guessing games because your damned pumps don't work right, I want to fill my tank. Yes, I knopw when you go in you have to give them a dollar amout, but from crying out loud, this isn't 1970, where 2 bucks of gas means anything, for all I know I may need 2 gallons, or maybe 5, so am I going to sit there and all like "...let's see, if I need a proposed 4 gallons, and the gas is 3.54 na d9/10th a gallon, that will be X amount... but if I need more, then the tank isn't full, and if it needs less, what, they keep the difference?" To be fair, I was also planning on buying about $50 of other stuff too, like powerball, smokes, etc. Which means I now have to make 2 purchases, each with that damned 35¢ surcharge. No, not happening. "Ok" I say, "then I'll just make my purchase somewhere else. Dick" So to shell I went. It was more gas than I thought, about $40, and I spent another $54 inside of Shell, as I usually do. Do I feel bad for Abdul Poopy-teeth McDick? No, but I do feel bad for his employers. If you cannot represent the business right, don't come to work. It's that simple. This location has suffered enough. And the customers have too, and some of them refuse to any more.

This gas station is okay. There's always pumps available, and there are no long lines to wait in. The cashiers are friendly,. Their gas prices are pretty decent, and their lot is usually kept clean. I think the new management is doing a great job.
