rude employees everytime in the photo section. Makes sense since they’re old, ugly, miserable and getting paid nothing. Hire better nice people.

The store manager Martin is very racist! I don't see 1 African American worker in that store. Plus one of his Shift Leads told me he was very racist. Corporate needs to investigate this ASAP! ?

Shoutout to the staff that was very kind and helpful to an older lady who thought she had left her phone at the FedEx counter. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was very patient with her and even looked at the camera footage to see if she left it. He was truly concerned and thankfully she found her phone! I was truly impressed as kindness isn't something you see often nowadays.

My local Walgreens, my go to for last minute items and it never disappoints. The pharmacy staff does the best they can, and are always willing to help if they can. They’re not Drs or magicians. They’re like you and I. For those complaining about coupons, maybe call corporate on your on time and get all the freebies you want. These people don’t have time to sort out all your million coupon codes and what not.

We have use the pharmacy services numerous times and the personnel do a wonderful job. I also enjoy the drive through service for pickup. The personnel are very professional and friendly.

I see why this place has low ratings I had some issues with Kayla in pharmacy I came up here when the manager Martin was here and he explained to me that she was new but nonetheless; I tried to get my medicine and I told her my name and DOB and she asked for my address and I said I moved so much which one do you want and she said " you don't know your address ? I'm not about to click on someone else's profile if it's not yours" I'm like Lady, tell me the city and I can give you an address she said " your gonna have to call the other Walgreens because I don't know what your trying to do but I'm not about to keep searching profiles " umm WTF? I call the other Walgreens where my medicine is SUPPOSED to come from? And they said " just give her your LA address that's where all the medicine will show up on that profile " I gave her the LA address and she says " that's all you had to say before " Omg, so rude !! Who hired this Kayla lady?? Martin , do better! THEN she calls me back and says " sorry one of your medicines we don't have in stock so go somewhere else " wth is wrong with her ?? I said that's not how it usually works , usually you can order the medicine and I can come back another day she says " no not here go somewhere else to get it maybe north lake " then she hangs up in my face. So I call back and get a different pharmacist and asked them why can't they get the order? The new pharmacists says " oh no I'm sorry she told you that she's new , we can actually order it it just will take a while , I'm not sure why she said you have togo somewhere else" smh I am a professional apart of the sheriffs department I did not like the way I was treated here and I honestly think it was because of my race I will be emailing corporate about this people cannot be acting like this! Attitude is so stank.

I have been using Walgreens photo for 1 hour items and have had no problems at this location for the past 6 years. I've ordered Christmas Photo cards, poster enlargements, and even custom wooden photo. All of the print out I have sent to Walgreens.com come out beautiful. They also have a status of your order online so you know when it is ready to be picked up and you also receive email notification. I also like the fact that now all the 1 hr photo items are at front register. Thanks!

I like to come to this walgreen very much. It is close to my home and has a complete range of products. The young employees are very enthusiastic and polite and can meet my daily shopping needs and products. But what I experienced in this store today made me regret coming to this store. I came to this store to shop in the morning and paid more than 60 US dollars by credit card. Their machine produced a few RR coupons. I went to buy some items at noon, and the face value of the items I used was much smaller than the face value of the items I purchased. My RR in the morning was treated coldly and rejected by my supervisor, who told me that I could only use one RR worth 3 US dollars a day. This was suspected of violating their rules. Regarding the abuse of power stipulated by the company, I asked them where they had such regulations and where was it written on the RR? They said there might be small words on the price tag, but I didn't see it when I looked. So, I can’t use and buy products that their company sends me weekly discount notifications, and spend too much money to buy products without discounts? Is this because I am a woman or because my English is not good enough? Can't you use the normal preferential rights offered by a merchant to American citizens?

Same day photo my ass. Arrived five minutes after the estimated time after I submitted my order. Photo dept shut down for the day. Hadn't even started. No one cared. They suck.

One of the pharmacists is a liar! I called in right after my doctor sent over the prescription, and they confirmed they have received it and would be ready to pick up at 5pm. I arrived after 5, they told me they haven't received the prescription. I immediately called my doctor. My doctor said the prescription was sent at 4:20. One pharmacist searched for a while and said they just got it. I asked if they were able to accelerate my order. They refused my request and let me came back one hour later. It's not reasonable for customers to have a second run for your mistake. If I didn't give a call at first, I wouldn’t leave this review. Managers would be better to rethink how should you treat customers and why you made this mistake.

Not only the pharmacist will lie to you but they will tell you that you're wrong and that they did nothing wrong, but they don't care if certain people need certain medication and they'll just say that they can do anything about it when they can. They got the mistake of just switching my medicines for my mother and they told me that she got it when she didn't. Go anywhere else Walgreens is good not this one.

Their service is getting better than before, especially the cashier today, she gave me the answer on how to deal with stolen gift cards, BUT My credit card was stolen after I paid with them, so I wonder if their cashier system was hacked?So I can only give them 3 stars !
