Because my letter has not been received for more than 10 days, I came to this office and asked the staff why. The person who received me was an Asian female staff member. Perfectly helped me solve my problem. It was my first time to come to this office. All the staff left a very good impression on me. No matter which ethnic group they were, the staff were very enthusiastic, patient and efficient in serving every customer. Thank you!

This is by far the WORST U.S. postal office in the area as the staff are rude and not accommodating. They weren't that busy with passport service and couldn't even take 5 minute to take a photo for one person as you need to make a ridiculous appointment which is 2 weeks out. The worker is so rude and unfriendly like San Marino and Rosemead location as the staff are way friendlier and helpful. Thank goodness I only there to drop off mail

The 91776 supervisor is unprofessional and unhelpful. I have been trying to resolve what happened to my missing package for some time never got any information. I stated in my previous review( that’s been taken down) she was not providing any information knowing what could have happened to my package with her carriers. Don’t trust SG Go to Alhambra!!

I would normally complain about any government entity but this one has proved me wrong 3 times now. The employees helped me out shipping items and food to Alaska and Hawaii. They were very friendly, helpful and had me out in just a few minutes. It was the customers that was jamming up the line, not the employees. My go to place now to mail my packages!

The lady who assisted me was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She explained why the charge is such and what better way to save.

Terrible. Nasty attitudes, and poor customer service. Completely unhelpful workers. Every worker is completely miserable and their goal is to make customers miserable too. Don't go here.

This post office is the shitty one ever, I go pick up my package on the 24, and the website lately said that they'll send them back to the sender on March 8. Which is the package has to be there at their location, but the lady said that she can't find my item, but I have to explain my situation and ask her if she can find a way to help me. She said that I have to wait on the side so she can help people in line first. But people keep coming in and I have to wait for half an f****** hour and I said that I have to have to go, is any way she can call someone and help me out. But she just ignore me, like I'm an idiot and a rude one there.

One of the worst usps office, in-efficient, machines don’t work, usps stations computer and internet don’t work, back to re-wait in line because some of their systems doesn’t work for international mailings, 1 star, horrible

This is my first time coming to this post office. The lady at the passport service is very nice. She helped me make my daughter passport appointment, explained how to fill out the application form and patiently tell me what documents should I bring for the application. Thank you again!

Lucky to getting 1 star. They made me pay to receive My own mail! The mailman came to my door and there was a letter to me by the Board of Nurses and I needed that letter. So he says that it's 60 cents cause they forgot to put a stamp on it. Never heard of this practice so he called his boss. I can hear his boss yelling thru the phone, " If she wants it, she needs to pay" like ransom or dangling it in front of me for money. So I felt bad for the mailman, I just paid and I'll go to the post office later. And their response was, that's normal. No it's not, it's goes back to the sender or the USPS eats up cost. They treated it all wrong.

If I can only give a Zero star! Imagine a postal employee, public service, paid for by tax payers and stamp buyers, saying “I’m NOT GOING TO HELP YOU, that’s TOO MUCH WORK!” - “I’m NOT GOING TO WORK, too much!”Asellia or whatever her name is (Asian skinny lady) refused to WORK ! I wanted to mail out 10 boxes and all she needed to do was to wheel the cart to the back. But NO, she flat out refused to work - although she is at a federal facility, funded by ME.Asellia proceeded to throw my boxes even after I told her they were fragile - this is GROSS NEGLIGENT with intent to DESTROY parcel packages. Definitely violated code of conduct ! I reported her to the Office of Inspector General and spoke with her Supervisor. Never again do I want to see Asellia behave untoward as a public servant, paid for by MY TAX MONEY and STAMPS.
