This my first time to write a review in my whole life. My wife and I walk in ask them to help us cancel one of the line that we haven’t use for 2 years. We’ve been paying the bill, that one young lady and that young man seems like they have attitude problem, that are on their personal phone and iPads at the same time. They knew that we are not opening a new line with them, they are trying to ask us to open a new sin that will cost $10 to get this phone number we haven’t used for the past 2 years. And have us to call team mobile directly to get this done. 15 mints later, we called team mobile direct. They are asking us to go to one local team mobile store to give them a call to settle this. So we went to this one team mobile located Rosemead Target. This young ladie is very professional. She walked to us and said. How can we help you. And I told her that we need to get this line cancel asap. So she was very happy to help us out and made a phone call right away. 10 mints later. She helped us cancel this service and give us refund for the last 3 months

Literally doesn't get worse than this. Steven, messy hair and glasses, was playing with a box cutter and giving attitude while I was there to update my SIM. Steer clear of this location.

I came here with my wife and Tony did a great job explaining and activated 2 phones for us! He was very patient and his co worker Oscar was very helpful as well! We were satisfied with phone & service! 5 ?

Super efficient and patient. Donna solved my number transfer and trade in perfectly and she knew every details and things to notice. Much more professional and helpful than other T-mobile stores I visited.

These guys working here are great ?they don't ask a ton of pointless questions and solved my problems effortlessly.. super glad I don't gotta switch to Verizon now lolI went to 4 different stores and only this 1 shop solved my sim card problem

Both of the associates at the store front were friendly, professional & courteous. I inquired about an iPhone 11 on the phone and Alan answered all my questions. It was ready for pickup the next day! Alan made sure I got a paper copy of the receipt since my dad wanted one! Very patient & helpful. Usually it doesn't matter which store I go to since service is lackluster -but this i would recommend! He even told me to come next Tuesday for the t-mobile special! TIP: Staff speaks both Cantonese and mandarin !

Alyssa Xanh is the true epitome of customer service. I was looking for a new upgrade from my iPhone 8 to iPhone 12 and she hooked me up. She was very friendly and patient with me while helping me preorder the phone and not to mention she is cuuute!! So that day I got to order a new phone AND be helped out by a beautiful woman. I couldn't ask for more. She also sells cars and internet so if you want someone who can do it all, go here and ask for her! Now I am in love with 5G. I get 3 bars of connection usually everywhere and it's super fast! T-mobile is the way to go. Jimmy is also very good.

I wrote the person's name that helped us out below please read my review and understand that everyone has different needs or expectations. I am writing this for people with similar situations like mine. I wasn't certain at first how much the difference in costs it would be compared to my current Atnt plan, but why not it doesn't hurt to ask right? I went to a different t-mobile store before I had went to this one (not going to name the location here) but the difference is mind blowing. They looked like amateurs and new employees compared to the rep I had at this location. After she came out and introduced herself, she asked us about our needs and what we expected from t-mobile. I told her my current plan s and rates that I currently had and she was even baffled by how much I was spending for my limited plan. I know everyone's plans are different especially considering different factors. She might or might not be able to save from their over paent on their phone plans, but atleast she saved me. The person that helped me out was a friendly and energetic person with a smile that you wont ever not notice. At first you would think she won't be able to do much to help because of the innocence that her looks perceives her as, but let me tell you that she has a drive of a hungry lioness that will do anything to save you as much as possible compared to your current plan. I had t-mobile before and they were actually really good to me, service wise. No drop calls, amd always had signal where ever I had went, even when I was outside of the usa to travel. The Person's name who helped me out: Alyssa X. (Sorry if I spelled it the wrong way.) Mention to her about the jeric or JJ cutie patootie with the big bootie discount, if you ever decide to check it out and compare! Great deals and promotions. I love my note 20 ultra thanks Alyssa!

Jimmy the manager is seriously the best! He is so, so patient and kind. We had a bunch of questions about changing our plan and he answered them all. Also, when it was time to pick up our new iPhones and transfer over the information, we came 30 minutes to closing the second day our phones arrived (without knowing) and had to have it done that day due to my dad leaving out of state for two weeks the next day. Jimmy stayed 36 minutes after to make sure everything was transferred and good to go. Great guy!

If you have any questions or concerns on your current plan or if you were thinking about switching over to T-Mobile now is the time! Best customer service award goes to Alyssa. May all your questions be answered by her. I would most definitely recommend you to come here just because I would definitely keep on coming back for her generosity and her great service.
